Getting very excited for our next box - due w/c 17th July!

Liking the gwp- must finalise my choices!

I like the GWP as well - I'm going to get the Malin+Goetz Vit E moisturiser that was in one of the kits as I really liked it and a full size Kiehls Creme de Corps as my skin felt amazing after I used the travel size whilst I was on holiday.

One of my things to do today is to sort through my stash to see if there is anything else I actually need!

I'm slightly undecided. I would love the candle and the scents, plus a few other bits, but I'm very fed up with Ren and Kate Somerville. That said, I thought about using some of the products as a bit of a Christmas present for friends.

Do candles count towards beauty purchases?

I'm going for some Charlotte Mensah hair oil and the current gift set. Now I need to spend another £47 to make the £175!!

Given there are often candles in their kits, ACs and GWPs, I’m gonna guess they do come under “Beauty”.

Thanks @MavisMcMinty I thought so too but then again we did get that air freshener once and I doubt car accessories do... 😄 problem is there's very little I need, but I have 2 house warming parties this autumn and I thought about getting nice candles for those to get to the GWP!

Pretty sure candles and home fragrance count as Beauty. I bought some incense sticks from Liberty as part of a previous GWP qualifying purchase I think.

Might be missing something, but couldn't you just take the money you're imagining using to buy "top up" gift vouchers and put it aside, then, when the sales come, you can use your BD credit and top up any difference in the price with regular old money? No need to convert your money into "Liberty currency" and back out again!

I think I'm going to blow the budget on Sana Jardin Vanilla Nomad to get this.
I'd prefer to just buy a 50ml and some other bits, but they only have the 100ml in stock.

Of course, but my problem is if I spend over £50 many online retailers do that bank/text/check thing which just doesn’t work here with no mobile reception (and no mobile phone). I keep asking the bank to use my landline number or email but they never do so I’m unable to buy what I wanted to! So irritating, and that’s why I wondered if buying myself Liberty gift vouchers was allowed.

Ahhh I see. God how utterly infuriating! Well in that case no reason I can see why you couldn't get a voucher yourself. Even if it confused the system and you had to ask someone else to buy it for you and pay them back. You get emailed a code and simply apply that at checkout. I know that when buying in store you can apply multiple codes, as I recently bought some sunglasses with a combination of £120 BD credit and a £10 Liberty Loyalty voucher (and cash). So it should be ok online...?

I've never had to approve a payment using a text on the Liberty website, however - I bank with Monzo and NatWest and if I ever have to approve a payment, it happens in-app which of course can be done over WiFi. So maybe worth having a Monzo or something for such instances, as it's free and instant to transfer money in and out....or maybe it's actually great to have a barrier to purchase and I could do with more of one myself 🤣

I was torn between a few different perfumes, but their stock levels made the call for me. Hoping I've made the right choice now!

It's so annoying. There was a Diptyque perfume I wanted to try but of course now it's out of stock. 😡

I ended up buying a Cra-Yon perfume that I tried in Australia and really liked (but decided to buy the more expensive Goldfield & Banks perfume at the time - which I am now addicted to but Liberty don't stock). And also stocked up on Hourglass Lip Treatment Oil as I'm almost out and I go through them like there's no tomorrow.

I’ve just tried to buy some perfume and the GWP was in my basket - it’s now gone…is it sold out? Argh

I've just checked out with the GWP! Maybe have another go?

I got 2 kinds of hair stuff I wanted and the Mercury retrograde gift set and an eye liner brush. Chuffed to bits!!

I’m not convinced this is accidental. It happens all the time, and with Space NK when a GWP is due. I had a fairly high priced beauty item in my basket at Liberty and it went out of stock, rather coincidentally, yesterday.

I’m also super excited for the GWP!
Used mostly loyalty vouchers/credit for this so it’s doubly exciting!

I went for it - 100ml of Vilhelm's Dear Polly (have been lusting after THAT for ages) which got me the GWP, PLUS a free 7.5ml of Peony Couture, woohoo! And I used my BD vouchers so got a nice chunk off the total.

Never had a proper GWP before so pathetically excited
