Also the ‘check your address for your beauty drop’ email links to the default address. I checked it twice before the boxes were sent. Ironically my previous 3 boxes had gone to a wrong address (thanks Yodel) but this one managed to deliver it correctly according to the address on the box!!!

I have an old account with £100 in it and have signed up again today and they have given me a new number with £20 credit. Anyone else had this issue?
I have contacted CS to see if they can amalgamate them.

Loved this quarters box! I spilt it with my DD, ( she had first pick this time) and we are both very happy with our picks. Bad thumbs down to the courier though, no email to say on its way, or delivered and it was only by luck that I spotted it behind a plant pot before the local lightfingered mob did! I wish the box was a tiny bit smaller , then it would fit most letterboxes.

Especially pleased with the votary serum, will only need to use a few drops each time so it will last for ages.

This is a big off topic but I got the perfume kit the other day and I don’t understand the thingy molecules one at all - it smells of nothing. Is it some sort of “white&gold or blue&gold dress” thing? Am baffled by it and don’t want to have weird scentless perfume taking up space!

@Harrythehappypig the main ingredient in Molecules 01 is an aroma chemical called Iso E Super - in other perfumes it is used as an enhancer, but in the Molecule 01 (and some other perfumes, like Le Labo Another 13) it is the main ingredient. It’s quite weird and reacts with your body chemistry to an extent: some people can smell it a lot, some smell it on an off - and others don’t smell it at all ie they are anosmic to it. I am one of those - it smells like nothing to me, and it sounds like you may be too. I believe it’s a genetic thing - some people are just not genetically predisposed to be able to smell it.

Thank you! I knew there had been comments in here about it but I hadn’t paid attention at the time. I’ll find out if any of my friends can smell it (and then if they actually like it) and pass it on. I might do a wee test first and see if the dog can detect it…

A pp mentioned that they find if they use it layered with another scent it increases the strength of that scent and also it lasts longer so maybe worth a try.

The Peony one on the Advent Calendar was beautiful.

It’s gorgeous. I bought a couple more from Vinted and I’m planning to buy a big bottle when those run out. It’s really a winter scent though, too heavy for this time of year.

I had heard so much about it so tried it in the Liberty store this week and literally couldn't smell a thing! Might as well have been spraying water.

The peony one, was that in the 22 Advent calendar? I don't think I had that flavour. Maybe some of us had an alternative? Or is my memory worse than I thought?!

@SpongeBobJudgeyPants yes it was - a 10ml. It’s one I really like, and wear year round, not just in winter.

Thanks @AprilLady will bear that in mind. I like the Jo Malone, peony & suede? so I''ll bear it in mind when my BD is calling me. Not having the Advent this year, as it just added to my stash, and Im in the cosmetics version of the knitters

I got my first liberty beauty box today and sadly the aromatherapy associates oil has owned and silt over the whole box so all the contents are slimy and oily. I've msg their chat to see what they say.

I was in the store the other week as I wanted to try the Peony one before buying but they didn’t have it and I was told they hadn’t ordered any more. I see it’s still
for sale online. I think I’d really like it but’s a lot to spent on something I’ve never sniffed.

@SarahC50 mine arrived damaged - they are really good - I contacted them on Tue, customer services emailed me back within 24 hours and my replacement is out for delivery now - they send a full box as well not just the damaged item

They really messed up with the bath oil lids. I think I might owe my DC an apology as they were looking through the open box and handed me the bottle. I spilled the contents everywhere and thought they hadn’t tightened the lid before giving it to me but I’m now thinking they hadn’t actually opened it. They looked a bit confused when I blamed them for the spillage.

Thankyou they have messaged and will send out a replacement. Really good customer service which is such a rarity nowadays x

I purchased a big bottle of peony couture as I kept buying the testers for £20 which seemed silly but I can’t seem to smell it as much! Maybe my sense of smell is broken 😂
