urgently need help finding a lightweight summer raincoat

I am going to wales late summer for work and have been told to take a rain coat just in case. Sorry if this is cryptic, but where I am going, I enter and can't leave until its over, so I won't be able to just leave the raincoat in the car if its too hot, or nip out to collect it if it starts to pour, so basically I need something I can wear for any kind of weather! I like seasalt although the coats I've had from there before have been a bit too autumn/winter so I'd need something lighter. I'm also a size 20 (working on this!) so need something plus size but not a tent.

Is a 'pack-a-mac' an option as its only a one off event?

This Oska raincoat is very lightweight and very waterproof. I'm a 14/16 and the size 2 fits easily over a dress and jacket. It's not in your size

I've just bought this in the John Lewis sale and it's quite nice - not hot, and not plasticky. It goes up to size 20 too.
