How many bikinis/swimsuits

per week of holiday time do you pack?

They are so small but it feels indulgent to take more than three for a weeks holiday.

More of a poll than a request for advice, but if you can give me good reasons for packing more I’ll accept that! 😎

Exactly. You’re not supposed to machine wash or leave the chlorine/salt water on them because they can go misshapen and the colours can fade. So hand washing same day is what you should be doing anyway and then they’re good for a rewear once dry.

Multiple bikinis is surely a fashion choice?! Not comparable to wearing dirty knickers???

I'm so surprised by these answers. I take one for each day. I'm not doing any washing while I'm away so I'd want a clean one on every day.

One. It's easy to rinse out and dries quickly.

Do you just dry them with salt water/chlorine on them without rinsing them first?

I guess I just don't tend to view swimwear as a fashion item like I would normal clothes. I am long past having a bikini body now anyway.

For a week I would take 8. I tend to wear the tops instead of bras in hot weather.

I love bikinis and have about 20. I need to wean off the addiction.

Wow, loads of different views, I certainly feel justified in taking 4/5 now. Plus massive admiration for people who own 20+ bikinis. I don’t think I’ve found 20 in my life that look nice on me, although it’s taken be the best part of 40 years to figure out what suits my body shape and therefore how to search for new ones.
