I like the Aquazurra shoes, again very similar to a pair I've seen on Meghan, but I'm not the biggest fan of Self-Portrait. The belt seems surplus to requirements!

From a style point of view it’s always interesting to see what the ITV presenters wear at Royal Ascot. Francesca Cumani can be very hit and miss despite evidently having a taste for expensive clothes! Adele Mulrehnnen looks very chic in a blue/grey trouser suit, fitting for her busy role as pre-parade reporter.

Obviously it’s much easier for the men in their morning suits, though some try to jazz it up with their ties/waistcoats.

Some photos from today. Charles and Camilla look very dashing and I love that colour on Anne.

I’m not a huge fan of Zara’s look. I prefer her when she’s a bit more edgy and in less high necks- she tends to do this more when she’s abroad.

I hope it’s a bad picture or just where the colours don’t suit her but Beatrice looks quite unwell. A shame as she’s worn some lovely things recently.

I think she's single handedly trying to reintroduce teal as a colour into everyday wear. Love her.
Is it my imagination, or is Kate oit and aboit more? Maybe now all the kids are in school. Full marks for a Self Portrait dress. Never lose your literal dressing, Kate!

I couldn't put my finger on what Zara reminded me of, wondering if it was wallpaper but it's just come to me - a bottle of Anais Anais. I do like her boater though.

Great shoes from Kate and the back views of her hair with the curls look lovely.

I have surprised myself and actually quite like Zara's outfit, it's a bit different for her and works, particularly with the hat. Not keen on Beatrice's dress, it's a bit washed out.

Oh yes, I liked that at the Coronation - the Emergency Camilla! They do look similar. Bit naughty to dress the same. I like Zara's outfit too, and I know what you mean by Anais Anais @chesterelly1 ! That used to be my favourite perfume in the early 80s.

Camilla was wearing the Queen Mother’s shell brooch, so that’s the best difference! 😀

I did wonder if there was a protocol thing about not wearing the same colour/type of outfit as the senior ranking royal, but maybe sisters get a free pass!

Really love Zara's outfit and her usual exuberance at meeting KC. Arm round, big smacker.

Kate has hit the jackpot in her mono outfits. She oozes glamour. Those shoes are so bloody awesome.

Especially like QC's flippy pleats in her coat. Hope she had a winner, but the DM pics suggest otherwise.

Beatrice was starting to dress well, but todays look was back to frightfulness. I love Zara but she does casual and sportswear so much better than formal. That hat! It was like the straw boater we had to wear at prep school.

Take my hat off to Kate and the vertiginous heels. I don’t know anyone that could walk in them. I think she’s taking a leaf from Meghan’s style book in that she’s moving away from safe courts and wearing slightly more chic footwear.

And I do believe Kate has bare legs 👏👏

Now the old queen is dead, are they relaxing her stuffy rules about tights and nail varnish?

I think Kate looked lovely today, and the shoes get full marks.

Camilla (and her sister!) looked good at Ascot, but I'm afraid I think both Zara and Beatrice had awful dresses on. Worst of all was Beatrice's headpiece. Shocker. I liked the style of dress Peter Phillips' girlfriend had on, though not sold on the colour.

According to Angela Kelly, she only had those rules for herself. Others chose to fall in with her preference as a courtesy. She made no rules for anyone else (although I understand she had certain peeves.....)

Kate looks flawless and fabulous! Love her style lately.
