I have gently lurked on this thread over the years - you ladies have fabulous style! Dipping my toe in and sharing my outfit from yesterday (though I did change the shoes when I was in the office).

I have always loved clothes but Covid meant I lost my groove a little! Hopefully joining this thread will help me get back into the swing of things again.

My carry-on suitcase has broken and I have been looking for a replacement for some time, until I've come across this little cute suitcase from a Japanese designer. The shop has just opened today and they had three suitcases, each one one-of-a-kind, and I immediately knew this is The One!
Also saw many interestingly-dressed people today. The last one I saw was a young girl wearing a very tight pink t-shirt with a huge star pattern on it, a short black pleated miniskirt and black cycling shorts under the skirt which were reaching all the way down to her knees. She was very attractive and had a cracking figure, but the cycling shorts and pleated skirt combo certainly left me wondering! I see so many unusual fashion choices from teenagers these days and it’s always fun to do a little bit of people-watching.

Not worn jeans in a long time, but got a notion to buy some for some reason. Jeans from Urban Outfitters, with Free People top, jacket from EMP and furry DMs. Going into Edinburgh to see friends. PurplecatDog posse not impressed, lol

Yesterday's outfit. Hat - charity shop (asos), skirt - vintage ('80s, I think), jumper - Massimo dutti, earrings - ottoman hands, belt - vintage ('60s)

Yes the sun is shining! Hope everyone benefits from it today.. ☀️ we had lovely weather yesterday as well. This is what I wore out yesterday evening; pink jumper and pink Mom jeans. Had some gorgeous food at a lovely Malaysian restaurant that never disappoints and a couple of drinks on the way home.

It’s summer! I bought this dress in June when we had about 6 days of good weather. By the time it arrived, so had the weather. Wearing the hell out of it this week!

Weirdly warm here today - hope it lasts… ever the optimist! Dress is Saint and Sofia. Not generally a fan as pieces I have ordered before were not great quality. Like this dress though and it washes well and keeps its shape. Shoes are Nicholas Kirkwood. Office all day today - meetings, meetings, lol

Thanks re the shorts. They are mango and a nice linen blend. They do crease but quite a relaxed style so it doesn't bother me too much!

So hot today! We're off to Kefalonia next week and I've got some lovely new things to wear as haven't bought any summer clothes really since having my daughter in 2020. Am trying not to wear too much that I want to take with me so I don't have to do loads of washing and ironing before we go.
