Another nursery run outfit today. Well strictly speaking it's the 2nd outfit for today, I went grocery shopping on my break and if you go out, you sweat so much in this heat that you just throw clothes in the wash right after you come home. Really wish I had a little bit of those magical Japanese genes that keep you from sweating. I don't understand how on earth there are so many people like my husband who never wear any deodorant and they don't seem to sweat at all (and they don't smell even a tiny bit! wtf is this sorcery) and I'm melting each time I set my foot outside.
Jealous of everyone's cool weather, I don't really like summers!

So cold today. And raining again. I also haven’t bought many summer clothes @Sooverthemill. The early A/W stuff isn’t looking terribly promising. Lots of brown. Which I seem to recall having a bit of a moment around 1996, and just can’t see that it’s due a revival.

Into the office today, it's raining for a change, but the temperatures haven't dropped one bit.

I've fallen in love with this blouse after seeing it on @Sooverthemill . And I've loved it so much I have a maxi dress in the same print now too

Our weather is sunny and about 20o at last - that's about as good as the Scottish summer gets! Yesterday dress white stuff, cardigan fat face. Tights off again at last!

I’m enjoying swishing around in my skirt today. Although I might have misjudged the number of layers - the office aircon is especially arctic today.

Chilly today! Grrr. Had a funny turn and put on a trouser suit, lol. It’s from &Other Stories - I love their pieces. Top was in a sale from Chloe’s diffusion line - can’t remember the name. Boots are from Schuh.

I keep forgetting to take photos lately! Tattoopani dress today. Looks very grey out so I'm off to buy some tights since mine are all laddered.

For once the weather here is perfect. sunny, but not too hot.

I am heartily sick of the mist and murk here. I've been watching the sea fog roll up and down our valley for the last two days. Yet it's muggy.
DD is coming home on Saturday and I desperately want some sunshine for her since it's her actual holiday and I could do with some beaching weather myself.

27° today, 🥵 and it sure felt like it! Finished work at lunchtime and took DS to the park where we walked and sweated (did sweat? swot?). I wore some beige runner shorts and a plain T-shirt for that, which had to go in the wash as soon as we got home.

It's been this dress for the rest of the day, no special reason but like @Sooverthemill I'm annoyed I've not gotten usage out of it this year. Pull & Bear, found at TK Maxx.

Awesome dress @evtheria. Had a mad turn a while ago and decided my life would only be complete if I added lime green suede into it, so bought this skirt! It’s Jigsaw. I can’t wear it a lot as it’s quite noticeable (well that and I am too scared to eat while wearing it, lol). Top is also Jigsaw. Boots from Schuh and duster coat from All Saints.

@Purplecatshopaholic those boots are fab!

Overcast and windy today. Clearly sunny weather is going to continue to be a rarity this year. Entire outfit from M&S.

Wow, it’s hot. And really muggy. I’m not going to complain, beggers can’t be choosers re Scottish weather, lol. WFH today with no (planned!) meetings, accompanied by panting doggies and snoozing cats. Slip dress is an impulse buy from ASOS, with flats from Tommy Hilfiger.

Wow @Purplecatshopaholic that skirt! I did see it in jigsaw and quietly fell in love myself. But I could never rock it like you! Great investment

Hi all - I posted once or twice, trying to be more frequent on taking photos of what I wear but I keep forgetting!

Loving everybody's outfits and also commiserating on the weather - feel like I've waited all winter, I've got some beautiful summer dresses to wear, yet it's August and still in fleeces, hoodies and jeans :(

Had a meeting at work and wore this with black New Balance with gold bits on - the trousers were Uniqlo but I've lost weight since I bought them and even with a belt they're ridiculous.. the t-shirt I think was either Zara or &OtherStories this year.

Excuse the head phones - I was about to leave to get on the train and they're the only way I can cope with it !

(or maybe I'd just got home, based on the crumples!!!!)

Just about warm enough to be out and about in a T-shirt. Although I think I’ll have to get changed, as cream dungarees and cleaning the kitchen/bathroom don’t really go together!
