DD's nursery had a summer festival today and she has won a huge teddy bear and ate lots of yummy summer treats like shaved ice. I was wearing a Boden dress (the photo attached is not from today though, but I was wearing the exact same outfit)

Rain here. Feeling very autumnal.

I finally found a denim jumpsuit I like. It’s taken me years - so many of them have tie belts (which I hate). And I’ve also had issues with the crotch being too low, and the body being too long.

(WTF is going on with sizing at M&S? I can be anywhere between size 6 and size 12 - it’s getting increasingly difficult to know what size to start with).

@faffadoodledo - it comes up small. Recommend sizing up at least one size, possibly two (the model on the website is wearing size 12!).

Oooops I ordered a 12. I'm a 10 or 12. Probably ought to have gone for a 14!

You might be okay. I’m an 8/10 and ordered a 10. It’s a bit snug across the shoulders, but otherwise fine.

It is pissin' it down here today non stop rain and drizzle, but the weather is cool so I'm OK with that!😁
I ordered some DMs and they have arrived today I really like them, but not sure they look OK on me and my cankles! Havin' an off day today certain remarks from my bloody mother have not helped at all, apparently I have "ballooned up huuuuge" according to her, its really knocked my confidence and now I keep questioning the size of me and my bump, I mean I am the biggest I've ever been when pregnant but its my 5th im not going to be all neat and upfront! My feet seem to be puffing up aswell which doesn't help matters...anyway rant over!😒

Taking DD to a Russian playgroup today. DD doesn't speak or understand a word of Russian, but one of my friends recommended this playgroup saying you don't really need any language skills for it and it's quite fun, and it really is. DD's been going there for a month and she loves it, and I love that she gets an opportunity to interact with kids of various ethnical backgrounds.

No DH today. I figured out how to blur the background with a touch of a button! Joe Brown dress today.

Last week I had my first celebrity alteration. Out there someone well known is wearing clothes I made fit them perfectly. I know everyone here will understand the joy of it!

@Sooverthemill that's winter weather! What a weird summer it is. We are in the south west at the moment and very much still in shorts. Cardigan is lovely.

Cool and sunny here - perfect weekend for a short-sleeved jumper. I’m WFH today, and trying to get in the zone with concentration. I’ve written a to do list, and proioritised the tasks. Just need to actually get on with them!

Thank you😊 you certainly know your DMs, they are blaire quads, that's good to know about the ankle I'm trying to break them in this week so fingers crossed no blisters, when properly wearing them, I'm tempted to go back and get them in coral too, they really were such a decent price on sale😁
