I forgot to take a photo yesterday but had to change anyway into jeans as it was bloody freezing. The forecast is a bit warmer thank goodness for today. We are currently plagued by Latitude which I am sure is fab if you are there but all we hear is the bass until about 3 in the morning.

@EllaPaella ooh a pink pair, I may have seen some on asos, I used to own about 4 pairs when I met dh and literally lived in them with my gypsy skirts, there just so bloody comfy, I can't for the life of me remember what I did with any of them now sods law, but that was 17years ago, oh to be young again! 😆 (oh well it's just another excuse to buy more hehehe)

Man I know I was pleased to be coming home but I wish the rain would stop!

Took DD shopping today and got her some new face wash and concealer, that’s as exciting as it got.

I’ve had some new jeans delivered, love them but they are slim leg and not sure if they are too baggy on my legs 😏

Still coveting a hoody with a zip, didn’t love the varley one, looking at the adanola leggings too. Also although I tried the NB 327 trainers, one size to small one to big, I’ve still not found anything comparable - any inspiration appreciated.

Thanks for the well wishes. First day went great, I took part in a one day course with customers. It felt like a birthday party but for adults so great fun. Today is the first proper day! So excited. Vintage dress to fit the feel of my work place!

I remember Kew @HorribleHisTories15 - I loved that shop. Too short-lived.
@NotQuiteUsual great dress. There's a wonderful vintage clothes shop in my town. Properly curated, with stuff really looked after. And two ladies running it who really latch onto their customers' own styles while also pushing them a bit. I ought to use it more often.

@faffadoodledo that shop sounds like my idea of heaven. I love vintage clothes, they're made to last and are easy to repair usually since they're hand made. I love wearing something that has made someone else feel good about themself in the past. Most of my vintage is charity shops finds that slip through the net. Once you know how to spot it, it's easy to find!

Oh I know @faffadoodledo , just when I realised that I liked their clothes, I also read/ heard that they were closing down.

Zara broderie Anglais shirt (BNWT) corporate donation to the British Red Cross, Mango jeans, converse and leather bag from a charity shop.

Out today with my child to botanical gardens.
Dress: old ASOS. I like the sleeves, stretchiness and flared hemline, wish they'd make it again!

At one point it suddenly looked like it was going to absolutely throw it down - I had no raincoat (or any coat!) on me, and I thought 'well, this serves me right for trying to dress up' because my first option today was a green, oversized sweatpants & hoodie set. But it did not actually rain, so I'm feeling encouraged.

Love those shoes and your jeans @faffadoodledo . Good old Agnes B! Long ago when I was a student in France, a friend of mine and I thought we had stumbled across an unknown backstreet shop. It had amazing materials and designs, and I remember scratching around in my purse to pay in Francs & centimes (it was that long ago). We managed to scratch together enough to pay for a top (no idea how we planned on sharing this top), but we were so chuffed and vowed never to tell any of the other well dressed French girls on our course where we got the top from (oh the immaturity!). We alternated who could have the Agnes B top each day, which became alternate weeks.

Oooohhh Agnes B! I used to love that store. I still have some of their things kicking about in my wardrobe, occasionally I see it on my daughters!!
