I think that shrug is ace @faffadoodledo! Mental busy here, but ploughing on as usual, lol - ivory dress from All Saints, with shoes from John Lewis Kin. The cardigan is Karen Millen.

I just love that you wear dresses and always look so put together!

That shrug looks incredible @faffadoodledo ! Seriously, there are many things that look better on the more experienced of us, than the youth, and that shrug is one of them. Enjoy!

I just had to abandon a pair of mittens I'm trying to knit for DD with leftover wool. Got completely lost!

Last day before my new job so going for comfort and casual. So excited about tomorrow but absolutely bricking it too.

@Greyhairwarmheart thank you! Very nervous today, but excited to start the new chapter. It's an apprenticeship so I'm going right back to scratch to become a seamstress!

All charity shop finds as usual!

@NotQuiteUsual congrats on that apprenticeship. We'll be expecting to see you modelling some of your work on here!
Today it's raining and feels like October not July. I'm schlepping about in Sweaty Betty joggers and an old Toast top. I just beat the rain to the all the dog early and managed a quick coffee in our local roastery. Now I'm grumpily hibernating before going out to dinner later

I know some of you make things so if anyone wants any sewing stuff let me know, I've got some to give away and I'm happy to cover postage in the UK. Just trying to be environmentally friendly and keep things out of landfill. Thread, elastic, buttons, binding etc. It's all good

@IndianSummer78 thats really kind of you, I never say never to sewing bits and bobs! as long as they are definitely not needed, because you never know when you might? I'd be more than happy to pay for postage obviously!

@Puddinandpie I definitely don't/won't need this stuff, I have far too much. Don't worry about the postage, it won't be much and I don't have PayPal anyway. Just give a donation to charity if you feel guilty getting free stuff. PM me your address and I'll post it off on Monday ☺️
