Summer Goth/ Goth Lite

I need some advice -I have always had a slightly goth edge - think stars/ skulls etc - as I have got older it has kind of disappeared a bit and I have lost my style - but i am slowly finding my way back to it. I love Theo Fennell Jewellery, Alexander Mc Queen Vivienne Westwood. That sort of thing. How can I incorporate Goth ish elements inot my 48 year old wardrobe and still look styish?
Also, what bag can I use for the summer? My black leather backpack feels too heavy for the Summer

Following thread for all the lovely links - I used to be able to pull off vintage goth so well in my 20s and 30s but struggle now!

I wear this skirt most during summer but have a couple of other similar ones. I pair them with a red stripy top or black cropped shirt.

On cooler days I wear a band tee or black blouse with floaty black shorts or a just above the knee black skirt.

Long black maxi dresses with a cute belt too.

I'm a goth and there really isn't anything goth about those items of clothing. Perhaps cottagecore?

Have a look on Mary Wyatt, online clothes shop, OP. Some pieces will be too full-on goth for you I think, but there are lots of minimalist goth pieces - black, of course, and lovely simple yet elegant styles, easy to do up with some statement jewellery.

Similarly, Disturbia. Some of it will be a bit much I think, but like Mary Wyatt, there are more pared back pieces that can be good closet staples! Really pretty dresses and loose jumpsuits for summer, too.

Tulle is having a moment. Worn with a black t-shirt and leather jacket? Also other netting/texture dresses abs skirts with chunky sandals or even boots if the weather isn't super hot
