Hi, I’m looking for a trendy crossover body bag - - help I don’t know where to start!

Define trendy - an up-to- date brand? Budget?

Budget up to about £100

i guess I’m looking for something that isn’t classed as old fashioned if that makes sense x

It's an online craft fair, UK based. I've bought bags from a couple of dealers on there. I don't know if they're "trendy" cos I'm not (lol) but I really love my bags and they're unique. Seller I bought from is Beesandblossoms.

I don't know if that Cos bag is "trendy" but goodness it's ugly.

NatashaDancing Well I suppose different things appeal to different people! I don’t think the first Cos bag would work for me, but I’ve seen it around so it seems to be a thing people like.

Have a look at Amelia Rose Accessories. Small independent brand I came across on insta. Has some lovely leather bags and matching interchangeable straps. If you sign up to the Wonderlist directory they are offering 20% off this and other brands this weekend.

I like the Cora and Spink Tiger bum bags. They’re a more casual version of the ones linked up thread.

I was tempted by the first Cos bag but in metallic blue. Is that mad or should I go for black or another colour?

I would always go for metallic blue over black! I already have two black bags and that’s enough. I really like bright colours. And metallic blue would go with lots of my clothes. If the same is true for you, go for it!

I've got this, it's really nice in real life, and whilst I am fifty something and it's probably more classic than trendy, DD (26) and all her friends have a variation of this type of bag, so it can't be that frumpy.

The Uniqlo bag was featured , I bought that for my DD (21) at her request , she was complaining her usual bag kept slipping (it doesn't , she just wanted a new bag )

Funny, I've been googling cross body bags this evening after seeing someone with a gorgeous yellow bag while out today. There's some nice ones on TKMaxx website. I do love a Radley bag too but can't find one I like at the moment.

It does. Alternatively this one screams "I'm employed to collect ticket money for the hire of deck chairs at a beach or park" vibe. It would work at a fairground attraction too.
