Since having DC #2 16 months ago I feel like i’ve lost all sense of style so desperately trying to overhaul my wardrobe.

However, I have no idea what’s in style 😂

I’m 30, size 12, c section pouch which i’m a bit self conscious of and just needing some advice on what’s in style 😂 from casual jeans and tops, maybe everyday dresses, workwear and clothes for going out. I’m very much not a heels person.

Please help a very unstylish girl out 😂😂😂

You don’t need to know what’s in style, you just need to buy from stylish shops.

Where do you usually get your clothes from?

Ok I'm following this because I feel this!

@MetaDaughter I don’t buy myself much and now that I’m trying to I’m overthinking it all so much.

Recently got some dresses for going out etc from AX Paris but honestly other than leggings i’ve not bought myself anything else in ages and i’m SICK of living in leggings 😂

@Leapintothelightning it’s crap isnt it!!

Ok! You might usefully spend a couple of hours browsing the websites of:

& Other Stories,
Arket
Massimo Dutti
Zara

which I’d say offer a more contemporary style of dressing at around the same price point or not much more.

For a less High St look you could consider:

American Vintage
Colenimo
Free People
Goodhood Store

And, for contrasting approaches to casual dressing, at very different price points, have a look at:

Community Clothing
Eat Dust Clothing

That’s ten to start off with - there’s an infinite number of shops and brands to choose from, so it really is a matter of spending the time to work out what you like, what meets your needs and budget, and how you, personally, want to present yourself to the world.

It's a long one - but have a read through this thread; maybe some inspiration
