Other royals are hitting the town for a private dinner. Eugenie looks amazing in that colour and I love Beatrice’s shoes. Louise is coming into her own in a rewear or one of Sophie’s dresses. Sophie’s outfit seems a bit summery and doesn’t match the coat. I love Zara’s suit and Anne looks a bit like cabin crew.

I just love Beatrice's shoes. Eugenie's velvet also lovely. I'm surprised Anne wasn't at the official reception. the private dinner does look like more fun.

It must have been after the Buckingham Palace reception, as several Euro royals (Fred and Mary, Charlene and Albert, Victoria, Haakon and MM etc) joined them too. And the Bhutanese King and Queen - nice to see they all get on behind the scenes.

I preferred what Charlene wore to the after party, a cream suit. Beatrice and Sophie looked good, Zara a bit dated as usual. I had a velvet suit in the late 90s! Eugenie looks like she borrowed one of Princess Margaret's old caftans but at this stage of her pregnancy that's understandable.

I may be a little late with this, need to catch up but looking at the pictures of yesterday's reception are Leti and Kate wearing the same dress in different colours?

I'm not keen, the blue with brass buttons especially looks very Fergie circa 1986
