Work shoes without tights

I work in a fairly traditional industry- these days something like a smart midi dress would work in the office but not jeans etc.

I'm looking for ideas for smart summer shoes that I can wear to work without tights or socks or with little trainer socks. I hate wearing tights in summer. My usual sandal style is very casual (birkies etc) which won't be smart enough. Just wondered what other people wear? Flats or lowish heels are best for me.

I think if you have bare legs you need some skin on the foot showing, otherwise it just looks like you forgot to put tights on.
Both shoes suggested by @Defiantlynot41 and @CharlotteStreetW1 would work, I prefer a slingback for work in the summer. Seeing my toes makes me feel unprofessional, but that's a personal thing.

I can't really wear sandals to work, (formal setting), so I wear loafers with no show socks or pointed flats
