Easy pull on trousers that are as comfortable as pyjama bottoms but can be worn out of the house without looking like a mess

I love pulling on a pair of trackies or pj bottoms and would love a pair that I can wear out of the house with either flats in the summer or converse/trainers in the spring. Something easy but not frumpy, if such a thing exists! I tried some from Toast last year and they looked like clown trousers 🤷‍♀️

Lysse denim - expensive but worth it. Some available on Amazon but comes from states.
Couple of UK online retailers as well.

Asquith flared pants are the bees knees. Comfy enough to wear in bed but definitely smart enough to wear out of the house. I've even been known to pair mine with a shirt and wear them for work 😂

LubaLuca · 07/04/2023 08:29

I have some from M&S too (no drawstring on the waist though). I wear them for work when I'm craving comfort. They're definitely trousers and not joggers to look at, but feel like joggers to wear.

Hush do some harems that are so comfortable to wear, just pull on and are not too clown like, Alexa or Amie

I have M&S black jeggings for this, though maybe a bit hot for summer.

Next do some pull on Jean joggers

WineIsMyCarb · 07/04/2023 08:41

I've had a few pairs of those 'magic trousers' and wear them for travelling or school run when I'm working from home. You can get them from amazon but lots of small local boutiques stock them too which is nice to support small businesses. I've had navy, stone and just ordered grayish blue. Wear then with a shirt to travel in or a t shirt or jumper for school run. I fitted the 'standard' size when I was a good size 14, nearly 16, (5'8" height) but they do a plus size too.

Sweaty Betty Gary yoga pants for me!

Divisionoflabour89 · 07/04/2023 08:50

Next did some great linen mix navy pull on trousers a year or so ago that had a bit of stretch in them. Great for summer. Relaxed style with pockets.

Oblomov23 · 07/04/2023 08:51

Watching. I need some of these.

What's wrong with wearing jogging bottoms outside? I have some from Hush & M&S

octoberafternoons · 07/04/2023 08:54

M&S always has lots in different styles. Their wide leg trousers feel like joggers but look smart.

Pilatesteacheruk · 07/04/2023 08:56

I live in active wear (you can probably guess from my username!) but Sweaty Betty Gary yoga pants are good. Very comfy and look nice

Kevinbaconsrealwife · 07/04/2023 09:00

I love Tu Roll top joggers….

Yoga pants are always good. https://www.decathlon.co.uk/p/women-s-eco-designed-cotton-yoga-bottoms//R-p-308789?mc=8574058&utm_term=8574058-2919465&&iv=iv_p_1_g_65881577907_c_316380425940_w_pla-316128051066_n_g_d_m_v__l__t__r_x_pla_y_15177021_f_online_o_8574058-2919465_z_GB_i_en_j_316128051066_s__e__h_9045894_ii__vi&gclid=Cj0KCQjw_r6hBhDdARIsAMIDhV_JPdtpTyUuhSrVtLH5ylcWh4ISJ0v5phGfpEksJjuo9v5FT4xQ-1IaAo3_EALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds And I've got some "jazz pants" which I bought on a whim from a dance store which are brilliant.

Cant speak to the quality of the specific Decathlon ones I've linked but that's the sort of thing.
