From what I’ve seen so far…

The Good

Cara Delevingngnengne - yeah ok she’s a model and it’s literally her job to look good in anything, but she really does look stunning here

Malala - just gorgeous. Looks like the powerful goddess she is

Kerry Condon - a walking ray of chiffon sunshine

The (let’s put it kindly) not so good

Florence Pugh- I know she likes to take risks but I was looking forward to seeing what she was wearing tonight… and then she turned up in this scrunched-up-toilet-paper-and-cycling-shorts looking mess.

Paul Mescal - looks like a cocktail waiter from the 70’s

Alison Williams is wearing a kingsize bed valance my Mum had circa 1988

Harvey Guillen - Sam Smith wants your stylist’s number. And that ain’t a compliment.

I really don't like the change from the red carpet. Does not do the outfits justice.

I'm not keen on the white dresses. full length white gowns just look bridal to me.

I’m a bit disappointed by Emily Blunt’s look- that red floral ribbon dress she wore last week was so stunning, this is a bit meh in comparison.

They all look fore shortened somehow. Is that because it's not against the red carpet?

I like Jessica Chastain & Michelle Williams , Cara Delevingne & Jamie Le Curtis

But so far the one I like the most is Michelle Yeoh - simple , elegant and looks lovely - no gimmick or accessory too much and not flashing random bits of skin

My favourite outfit is Malala Yousafzai's. It's beautiful, feminine, modest yet sexy (I know oxymoron), powerful & clever/intelligent looking.

I don't know if Malala looking so beautiful in her beautiful dress was a consciously planned two fingers up to the Taliban or just that she liked the dress.

Looking through the link, there were quite a few I liked. I don't like the boning+/-net designs and I thought Kate Hudson's cold shoulder dress was awful and looked very matronly. I would not describe myself as prudish at all, but Halle Berry does not need quite so much out imo. I liked Tess someone's red dress and Marlee Matlin's. Cara's also good and I love the colour of Sandra Oh's dress.

Do you think? With the combination of the veil and the rigid expression, I thought she looked like the high priestess of a cult.

On the whole, I thought most of the dresses downright ugly, despite the beauty of the people wearing them. I agree Cara Delvigne's is stunning, though, and I'm not sure whether I like Sandra Oh's dress or just love the colour on her, but she looks like a goddess in it.

I like Eva Longoria's dress, and I quite like Rooney Mara's, although combined with the horrible hairstyle she looks a bit like a virgin bride about to be married by Michelle Williams' high priestess. As does Andrea Riseborough.

Andi MacDowell looks very elegant, and so does Jennifer Connolly - although there's something a bit "Chief Inquisitor of Michelle Williams' cult" about her ensemble.

Fan Bingbing's dress is ridiculous and fabulous in the best possible way. Lauren Miller's dress is beautiful and she looks stunning. I don't think I like Selma Hayek's dress, but she looks gorgeous in it - that figure!

Danai Gurira looks like an actual work of art, like some sort of compelling sculpture.

Of the men, I like Lenny Kravitz's swashbuckling look, and Dwayne Johnson's peach jacket.

I agree that Cara Delevigne is one of the best - she is a model of course, so should do.

I liked Phoebe Waller Bridge's dress and Andie McDowell looked good too. And Angela Bassett's purple dress. I also liked Rooney Mara's look.

For sheer, I would totally wear that, and could see it being pulled out of the wardrobe over and over. Mary Gleesons velvet suit, love it!

I liked Lady Gaga’s dress.

The back of it was awful

There were a lot of boring shiny column dresses and like a PP, I didn't really like the bridal white.

I liked Cate Blanchett's dress. And Idris Elba's wife's dress was a gorgeous colour on her. In fact anyone who chose an unusual colour instead of the sea of gold/silver/white stood out.
