Really effective handcream

Could I have recommendations please for the best and most effective handcream?
My hands are feeling tight, shiny and puffy . I've got a range of nice handcreams form LOccitane to Body Shop etc but I think I need something a bit more 'medical' if you know what I mean? I want it to sink in straight away and really soothe them as well. They are not sore as such, but current creams are not working. I'm going shopping today and will be near a Boots, Superdrug and M&S but could also buy from amazon etc
Thanks in advance!

Try dermol as a hand wash substitute as well

I have never found anything more effective than Neutrogena Norwegian Formula. It's about £3.50 in the supermarket. Put it on last thing at night.

This.

I'm glad it is working for you as well OP 😊
A PP said that they didn't like the smell, but it has an unscented version that I think is fine, and the smelly one isn't that strong, and the smell doesn't linger for very long anyway.

L'occitaine shea butter 20% has been my saviour for eczema for years but they've changed the recipe in the last year and it's not a patch on how good it was. I'm so devastated as I've tried so many hand creams and this was always head and shoulders above the rest.

Oh no. I came on to recommend L'Occitane shea butter hand cream I love it but not had it for a while, that's a real shame. Also a can of Bodyshop hemp but smell is strange.

O'keefes is the only one that works for me.

Nursem is so good. It's the only thing that stops my fingers from peeling and cracking. They have scented and non scented versions
