I love that dress too!! I do hate stiff denim fabric. I can't be doing with a stiff dress!
I am laughing at you trying to get out of it. Imagine it in warmer months when being hot and sticky. Definitely not for me.

Im not ordering anything as I have bought a lot in the sale but has anyone tried the denim tunic dress? I may get this at another time.

First sale package arrived. The lofty jacquard jumper (Plum) to replace the full price one I returned yesterday. It was as nice as I remembered 😂.

Could have got customer serivces to just refund difference (have done before) but wasn't sure how quickly would sell out so bought it straight away. It's a definite keeper at sales price so I've whipped off the label and popped in on to get a bit of wear before it gets too warm.

Talking of Seasalt - I do recommend the Asphodel trousers. I'm wearing the truffle pair today and prefer them to the Toast Earth ones I bought at the same time.

Did anyone notice the long Oxford shirt in Beyond Paradise last night? It looked lovely but unfortunately I am not thin enough or tall enough to carry it off. The shorter one if more my length,

I’ve gone back in and ordered the cotton cashmere shirt. I missed the matching trousers unfortunately but I loved the fabric when in store. Must stop now. Purchase made yesterday still unfulfilled so a waiting game to see what comes through.

I just bought the brown merino socks I'd somehow not seen easier and since i was there i added in the brown mittens😅. I'd already ordered the bordeaux version.

I had three orders processed on Thursday but no news of the Fracap hiker order placed at the same time, I messaged them today and they said yes hasn't been dispatched yet and the warehouse is closed at the weekend, twenty minutes later I got a dispatched email! worth giving them a shout to check what's coming.

@dudsville I have also ordered the mittens in brown as they match the tam!

Re:Aprons. Seasalt are doing 3 for 2. I didn’t need even one, but am strangely tempted…

Looks like the only two sale items I ordered will be going back. The grey brushed back trousers in medium are too big, I thought that might be the case but stupidly didn’t order in 2 sizes and the small are now sold out.
The Donegal hat makes me itch, I know as a general rule I can’t wear any wool but I managed to kid myself a hat would be ok.

Oh well I will put the money towards something full price, hopefully in the next drop.

Has anyone got any thoughts on the high neck parka ?? I’m really loving the style… is it lined . How’s the sizing ..

I’ve got 5 orders unfulfilled as now .. one full priced order ( swimsuit & trainers). Then a few single items and jackets … I have a very weak spot for toast coats but loathed to pay full price

I have this, purchased in the last sale. I bought it in the Olive. Funnily enough, because I’ve been wearing my Alexa Chung sherpa-lined Barbour, I’ve only just liberated the parka from my wardrobe this week. It is glorious and I love the charcoal wool lining. I’m a High Street size 10-12 and a classic Toast 10 but I opted for a size 12 as I wanted a properly oversized parka look; I pull it in hard at the waist. I would say that it is less ‘Olive’ green and more ‘apple/fresh’ green. It is most definitely worth its sale price, in my humble opinion.

Yes they are great, I really like the new colours, but I’d like the offer on them, so I’ll patiently wait for them to come on offer …

Oh brilliant, I indulgently order the 3 colours to see what one I liked on.. but then had a bit of a worry as they’ve been in sale a few times now, so did wonder if they weren’t as amazing in real life, thanks you so much for reply and good feedback

Both items I bought - bracken wool cardi and denim skirt - are winners, love them both 💕

@dudsville Mittens and socks give as much pleasure as anything ; I am hooked on quality socks and when forced to wear more basic my feet really notice the difference.

That's a nice pairing @Dee1224 , i tried the tam and other knitted hat last sale but they sadly didn't suit me.

The socks have really caught me off guard @OftenOrange , i was given a pair and i hid my disappointment. Then I randomly tried them on and realised they create the perfect climate for my feet that are often cold but occasionally warm up and then condensate, not so with these thin wool delights!

I’ve 6 pairs of toast socks now and absolutely love them, I’ve fairly slim feet so the jacquard socks are a perfect for, I’ve never really bought wool socks as I knit my own, but I may well be tempted after reading such glowing reviews

Yes spotted that too. I looked up how tall she is and found she’s the same height as me. I obviously need to be smaller on top to get away with the long length shirt. It did look lovely on her. Well everything does.
