I rotate two bags and switch the contents out. Bag is either my Gucci Soho camera bag or my heart shaped Dr Martens bag 😁

Starting a countdown to the first person who comes on and says that they just put their keys and phone in their pocket and they're golden.

Currently using a marni tote - honestly it's full of crap. The usual suspects purse, sunglasses, wipes, cards but snacks, loose change, pencils, tissues, scraps of paper. need to sort it.

Isn't sorting out your handbag one of the great pleasures in life, though? It only lasts about two days for me before it's a shit tip again, but Oh, the dreams I have! in the short time it's a beautiful tidy thing.

Haha - well that would be me most of the time I'm afraid.

However the last time I used a handbag (Kate Spade) which was last Thursday it had keys, phone, scrap silver pieces, a jeweller's saw, some embossing dies and a burnisher. Also a fold up shopping bag and some sunglasses as well as a pair of my usual glasses and some prescription safety glasses...

Oh and a roll of poo bags

I keep my phone in my pocket, and have a charging cable that works with it and AirPods attached to my laptop.

I have downsized to a smaller bag. Hoping this will enable me to reduce the amount of receipts, mints, and hair bobbles I carry round.

Makeup bag. No idea why, I never touch up my makeup when out.

Ha, a timely thread! I'm sitting surrounded by the contents of my bag - I'm sorting it out and transferring the contents from my usual work bag (a Coach one, possibly a Brooke Carryall?) to my rucksack ready for a work trip. I've got:

• Small Radley purse with cards and a bit of cash
• Small Radley purse with some Euros
• Umbrella
• A pouch (freebie cosmetic bag) containing:

- A smaller pouch with: 2 × lipsticks and a lip gloss Hair comb Mirror compact Paracetamol Plasters Hand cream Nail oil Dental floss - Glasses cleaner - Emergency tampons / towels - Mints - Hand sanitiser - Tissues

• Small pouch containing headphones and USB lead
• Deodorant
• Fingerless gloves

It seems I don't travel lightly...

I think a lot of the things other people carry live in my desk drawer at work or in my tote bag, so my reporting may be false.

That is me most days since wfh. I used to carry the world about! When I travel into work I have all sorts including a change of shoes, brolly, notebooks and a laptop as well as various chargers, kindle etc

I switch bags depending on what I'm doing. Sometimes a large Fiorelli handbag, sometimes a Matt & Nat backpack, sometimes a smaller crossbody bag.

Generally they have:

Wireless headphones
Phone
Work phone
Painkillers
Whatever lipstick I'm wearing, if I'm wearing one
Tissues
Pen
Keys
Normally a bottle of water
Often some sort of small child's toy

Concealer, lipstick, Chanel cardholder, glasses, heavy duty pain meds, inhaler, Kate Atkinson 'a god in ruins' book, a water bottle, an apple, a mini hairbrush, a hair claw clip, a mini 'travalo' perfume atomiser.

I think that's about it. I got the bag for my birthday and was surprised at how big these actually are.

I got a handbag organiser on Amazon which helps separate and organise larger bags.

Bag is typically small/medium sized and cross body

In it compact wallet, house key, phone and earphones. As little as possible. Work bag is bigger and will take an umbrella & sunglasses too.

Not into designer anything, but I have a gorgeous leather (unknown label to me!) small flattish backpack. Takes me everywhere and has a neat little anti theft zipped pocket against my back which I love.

In it are small card wallet, tissues, keys, lipstick/balm, spare fold up shopping tote for those unexpected purchases, small power pack, phone, earbuds and charger for phone. Tiny umbrella. Paracetemol.

Tidied my bag up earlier today. It now contains:

2 x Pouches, one contains tissues, mints, hair bands, hair grips, perfume, lip gloss, cream blush, eye pencil, mascara, nail file, mini hand cream. The other contains a couple of pens, small note book, air pods, and my work ID card.

All I need to add when I leave the house is my phone.
