I swap between a few bags depending on what I'm doing but i move between them:

• leather zip purse / pouch with cards cash driving licence etc & AirPods in box thing
• slightly larger leather pouch with pens pencils, hand cream, etc, Inc battery pack & charger
• fabric zipper pouch with painkillers contact lenses, tampons etc
• keys
• phone
• notebook
• water bottle (bag dependent)

Then I also have if I'm going to the office or a meeting

• makeup bag
• zipped bag with laptop cables etc
• laptop in sleeve

I also often carry but not always

• book
• umbrella
• sunglasses

If on a train, I also carry a bigger scarf because sometimes it's freezing!

All totally boring and I mostly use nothing except my phone and occasionally my purse + laptop and notebook, book.

No wonder it weighs a tonne!

I mostly use a black leather fat face bag but always mean to rotate to other bags of many styles.

Cleared out by bag the other day and it now contains car keys, house keys, wallet, little Pepys London diary for old times sake which I barely use. Lens wipes.

Always mean to have make up/mirror/brush/anadin etc but forget.

Thank God it's no longer stuffed with face masks.

Ooh and phone!!!

I can't cope with a small bag, I need to cover every eventuality

Currently using a River Island cream fluffy tote/cross body type bag which contains:

• Blood forms as have to be tested every week and saves hunting around frantically last minute on way to my appointments
• Small can of antiperspirant
• Femfresh wipes
• Femfresh spray
• Spare knickers
• Panty liners
• Lip gloss selection (usually can't find the one in the bottom of my bag so end up slinging another one in)
• Purse
• Phone (+ charger if going out all day)
• Chewing gum
• Tissues

I get very hot and bothered when out and about which is why I insist on the spare underwear and various toiletries.

A small nylon handbag inner with sunnies, tissues, inhaler, hand gel, lip salve x 3, lipstick x 2, glasses cleaning cloth, pen. I swap this inner between bags so everything can just be shifted in one.

Phone and keys here…unless I’m walking to the office, then I add a rucksack with laptop, work ID, tissues and a lip balm .

Currently carting a changing rucksack around and a million other baby related cargos so I am using my large coach Jamie camera bag -- inside said bag is

• a million scraps of paper -- PP is so right it's so lovely when it's tidied
