Has anybody tried this? A mystery bag for £29.95?
I’ve fancied a Roka backpack for a while but haven’t quite decided. They have this offer just now but I’m aware it could go disastrously wrong.

A medium Bantry C in coral- I don’t feel like I can complain at all! I’ve got a muted one and a bright one. I prefer the Finchley’s pocket space overall but otherwise very pleased.

Just received a Finchley A medium lemongrass - if anyone has anything not pink or pastel that they would like to swap, I am potentially interested but I don't dislike the lemongrass so can live with it

Did you get any explanation?

Not lucky dip but definitely worth keeping an eye on TK Maxx - collected my Raspberry Medium Canfield. It is the shiny nylon though as opposed to my canvas Sherbert Finchley, which I slightly prefer.

Does anyone know if you can put them through the washing machine? One of the things that makes me unsure about the lemongrass is it getting grubby

I just got a Finchley medium lemongrass to go with my same bag in meadow! The funny thing is I thought the only colour I really didn't want was green but actually I like both of them! The lighter one may go to my niece though.

I just received my order from Charles Clinkard-2 small Finchley A in emerald and sicilian orange. Both gorgeous and the perfect size for my commute. May go for 1 more lucky dip in hope of a medium or large for holidays!

Last week’s response blamed Royal Mail which makes no sense because it was shipped from Germany and I’m in Ireland so no involvement from RM. Todays email offered no explanation.

@TheFoz - I might be in the same boat as you. Got a despatch note on 11th but no sign of it to arrive so far....coming from Germany too. I'll give it a few more days before I email them.

clearly it’s been returned to the mail centre in Germany for some reason but they are trying to tell it’s been in Ireland for the last week. 🐮 💩

I did, but it's sold out so not online any more. They may add more unless they've all gone to stores.

@TheFoz check out the times on my tracking info and yours. Scanned at the exact same time. Did you use the code for free shipping posted at the beginning of the thread? I did and I wonder if that's what's caused the issue.

Sorry to hear that a few of you have had a bad experience with customer services. Such a shame after some of us, myself included had such help from them.
Anyone waiting for a delivery today? Eager to see what colour is coming up next.

@Everydayitsgettingcloser I think the website says surface clean only (although the shop where SIL bought hers said you can machine wash). I managed to get mine covered in mud last winter, sponge cleaned it and it came up just fine.

Well, I've gone again. I love the colour of my emerald Bantry C but not the leather strap.

I emailed yesterday to request something other than Bantry C and a dark or bright colour. Lesley replied within 30 minutes to say she'd look to see what's left. Then Katie offered a Finchley in marine, sage or Sicilian orange. I already have marine so I asked for orange. I think the sage must be discontinued as I couldn't find it on the Roka site, but did find it in a Google search. It does look a lovely colour but a bit close to marine.

I'll see what the orange looks like when it arrives, but one of them will have to go on Vinted, I don't need two!

Definitely worth emailing though, what fantastic service.

If you're selling, can I buy your Emerald from you? I'm desperate for that colour. Will happily pay 35 plus postage to cover it?

Good choice with the orange - I got a Finchley in orange and have been using it as a uni bag since. The colour is fab!
