Has anybody tried this? A mystery bag for £29.95?
I’ve fancied a Roka backpack for a while but haven’t quite decided. They have this offer just now but I’m aware it could go disastrously wrong.

Is yours canvas or nylon? I like the lavender but I prefer the look of the canvas bags

Q2C4 you can get a lot in the medium. I have Mint Bantry B and I was amazed by how much I can get in it. It's like the Tardis.

My second order is arriving tomorrow - I am guessing something lemongrass! I would prefer a darker colour but I could live with lemongrass

After some internal discussions, I was sent the email chain, they are sending me a new 2nd bag.

Bantry C medium in Lime! Not was I was expecting given the amount of pinks.

Still no bag for me. Two weeks now since I ordered. I emailed customer service yesterday lunchtime but no response so far.

My note didn’t work. I emailed me and they sent me a bag , which was darker as I’d asked.

I have emailed and said thanks. I then said I’d like to do another lucky dip but wouldn’t want pale and was told do the order and email them that and they will sort !

That's a shame. I emailed them prior to placing my second order to ask if I could be sent something other than sherbet as I didn't want 2 of the same colour. They responded within 20 minutes asking me to send the order number which I did. This was Saturday late afternoon and the bag arrived on Monday. Hopefully you hear from them soon.

Not to worry - thanks so much for letting me know. I think I will just put it up for sale online!

I saw this thread yesterday, followed the sheep and ordered immediately. I placed my order just after the cut off for next-day delivery (with free code, thanks!) and I have just received a finchley a medium in lemongrass!
I was quite worried, seeing all of the pink and lavender ones but I really like it. I needed a new bag as my current satchel is not really big enough for my laptop and this has plenty of space.

So tempted to order another one and ask them for a dark colour though...

Failing that I have a medium nylon in ink I might swap. I like the volour but prefer canvas texture. Will consider any medium canvas except bloody lemongrass or sherbet!

In the exact same situation as you. I emailed Monday, got a reply 24 hours later saying they're looking into it. Customer service isn't so ace for us

I just got a very unsatisfactory response so I’ve told them to refund my money. Very disappointing altogether.
