Has anybody tried this? A mystery bag for £29.95?
I’ve fancied a Roka backpack for a while but haven’t quite decided. They have this offer just now but I’m aware it could go disastrously wrong.

Finchley small in Sherbert arrived this morning (ordered yesterday afternoon).

I like the colour, might have preferred a different style as my first shot at the Lucky Dip was a Finchley in Aqua.

Just ordered. Very excited to see what I get. It seems most people are getting backpacks and not cross body bags which makes me hopeful. I will be back to report what I get and potentially swap.

Damn I've just ordered but didn't scroll down the post and see the free postage. Oh well.

I am really pleased I saw this thread. I have been looking at Roka backpacks for at least 2 years, but probably would struggle to choose the one I want, and definitely would struggle to choose a colour. So this is taking it out of my hands. I'm pretty open colour wise, so hoping it should all be good.

@GrapefruitTsunami i have a medium lavender I’d be happy to swap for your small sherbet if you like (already have a medium, and would like a smaller one).

If it helps anyone else, I just ordered another 2 (on the premise of presents… we shall see!) and I emailed their customer services advising which ones I got sent previously and they responded v quickly saying they’d happily picked different colours/styles for me this time round 🙂

I received my backpack today. A Finchley Small Sherbet. It's really nice, but I would prefer another colour. Anyone want to swap?

Yeah, I just asked them nicely if I could get something different this time, as much as I liked what I got, I don’t need duplicates! (My first order was 2 of the same thing which I’ve now arranged a swap for!) and the girl at CS was back super quick to say absolutely no problem 🙂

Its Finchley A small sherbet day today! I love it, now hoping for something bigger next.
I got my 2nd order, placed yesterday at about 2pm. Had an email to say lesley is phoning the warehouse about my missing 1st order

God I'm absolutely going to get sherbet aren't I?! Ordered yesterday arvo.

i ordered a couple of days ago

Decided I’d use the lavender today . I’m hoping they wash well .

like the bag, but it is a very pale lavender .

I can see a mark on it and I don’t think it’s one from me as just filled it up and got on his and saw it . It looks sort of permanent.

ROKA did say samples may not be to the usual quality , so we were warned . So that made me wonder about selling . I have the small sherbet . I keep looking at it and it’s too sickly pick for me . I’m fine with bright fuschia but can’t get to like this .

I can risk sending back or selling . I’ll have a good look at it to see if I can see any defects , but should I say it’s a sample when selling ?

I can’t see any sellers on Vinted or eBay saying samples but some are
obvious as know the bags people are getting . Plus people saying don’t like the colour .

I do like the bag I’m using and will think about getting a full price one in the right colour or check Vinted and eBay . But am wary that they may have defects .

Sorry @AmberPig @cortisolqueen @Snappyteabread not quite sold on the minty one, and like the coral but not such a fan of the buckle. I'll give mine a go as a work bag. Hope you all find good swaps though 🤞🤞

Bag #3 arrived today, and it is of course a small Finchley in sherbert. I'm not a big fan of the colour but could have lived with it if the side pockets fitted my water bottle, but they don't.
Think I'm going to hang on until the glut has passed and then chuck it on Vinted, unless anyone fancies a swap.

This one arrived with me today, its a sort of yellow/green colour. Anyone fancy a swap, love the bag but the colour wouldn't be my first choice. Anything but lavender or too pastelly I'd be up to swap.

I’ve taken the plunge again, and someone I work with has too! I actually would
quick like a small, it seems like it would be good for a day pack.

Phew mine finally arrived -always takes ages to get here! And I'm so relieved -two useable bags. A bit smaller than I would have liked but really just pleased it's not purses or crossbody bags as I just can't get on with those. Mine didn't have any tags or ID on them to say what they are but I think the round one is Paddington? and the citrusy one a small Canfield B -except it has pockets. Maybe they are both genuinely samples that never made it to the stores? Who cares -I'm happy!

Ooh is the multi coloured one a backpack?
I'd love to get one of those. Not seen many in here.
