Roka sample sale

Has anybody tried this? A mystery bag for £29.95?
I’ve fancied a Roka backpack for a while but haven’t quite decided. They have this offer just now but I’m aware it could go disastrously wrong.

I'm curious, what are the Paddingtons like size-wise? Big enough to be useful, or more of a mini?

My Paddington is deceptively spacious. DH is in hospital and I had my usual stuff - big purse, little make up bag, phone, pack of tissues, glasses case and pen. I then added a multi usb charger thing, 2 long changing cables and a mini deodorant. All fitted and it wasn't stuffed full.

fairly small, my iPad mini fits in fine with plenty of room for a water bottle and a few random bits I am experimenting with, I think a larger iPad would struggle, so probably plenty big enough for a decent walk with a phone, a purse, a drink , a sandwich ,an apple and a spare cardigan but that would be about it, which is probably the sort of thing I will use it for.Good for a holiday back pack as even stuffed it wouldn’t be too heavy. One thing in its favour is that it doesn’t stick out too much at the back so you wouldn’t be taking other peoples eyes out with it, which is my pet back pack hate.

Thinking about it, I’d rather have a Finchley, any colour. Anyone want to swap for a Bantry C medium in coral?

I would like a more subdude colour in bantry or a smaller bag, not finchley I have one of those.

Well, DD came in from school, saw the freshly arrived Bantry in mint, declared 'sleepover bag upgrade!' and waltzed off with it.
I've just ordered again! Crossing my fingers for a larger bag in something lovely like emerald. This is quite addictive!

App recently won't let me add photos but I got a Bantry B medium in mint. I'm very pleased with it (or rather DD is).

Just had my dispatch email, Matt has picked for me, hope he was feeling cheerful and I have a lovely colour coming my way, this is attempt 2, the first sold at cost on Vinted. Should be here tomorrow.

Mine also arrived today with no packaging. Just came in a purple bag. Think it's a large Finchley, not my first choice on colour but not awful. I mainly wear black/grey/navy so at least it will add some colour to my daily life! It's a good size though, think I will get all I need in there

How do you find the picker? This is my last go-thought it couldn't get worse than a lavender but it really could. Looking forward to actually using the bags tomorrow after my last arrival! Would desperately like dark green or moss

I'm crossing everything for not pink, to get pink after lavender would just be so disappointing, I love every colour except those 2!

I love the dark green one too. It's lovely. I'm warming to my pink. It's very pink.

Bantry C in Coral for me too. Not my favourite colour, but I have found the whole process exciting. If anyone fancies Coral, do let me know if you would be up for a swap!

Long time lurker, first time poster here.

Have been looking at Roka bags for a while so decided to take a chance on this.

I received a Paddington cross body in either Coral or Flamingo today (no bag, no label).
Anyone interested in a swap for a back pack, first choice would be Finchley or Bantry any colout except coral or flamingo. Lavender ok.
