Best tights (not snags)

Hi, just that really, looking for thick tights particularly black/charcoal that are long enough, don't sag/roll/dig in and keep their shape through multiple washes. My current batch have reached the end of the road. I'm 5'8" with long legs, narrow hips, size 8-10. My main issue with most tights is them not staying up.

For various reasons I don't want to buy snags.

If you've found this page in search of tights that have been tried and tested by fellow Mumsnet users, you might find our guide to the best tights useful. Hope this helps! MNHQ

I will only use M&S Magic toghts

I wear light support tights from boots as the support factor means they don't sag or roll down

I like Manzi that I bought from amazon.

M&S velvet or any of their higher denier, all epic. I buy a tall fit although I'm tiny, they feel more comfy. I don't buy Snags either.

Popsy clothing do nice comfy tights ( although i am a very different shape to you so my recommendation may not be useful)

Wolford - although expensive are amazing.

I was going to say popsy as well.. I really like their 80 denier tights, they don’t roll down and they are actually long enough for me which I’ve always had a problem with. Though I have hips but might be worth a try! As an 8-10 and your height you could get a size one or two.. I’d recommend sizing down the first time.b

Falke are the best i've found especially for colour and styles. M&S second for price and fit.
