My god OP. Go to another hairdresser and get that rectified immediately and report who did them! They are awful! So sorry!

Thanks for all the moral support! They weren’t actually that kind about me going back to be honest - so it was a bit awkward, they added a few more foils around my roots then did a root stretch tone to blend them in. I’m glad I went back - I can’t believe how bad they were on the first pic!

What did they say? Did they agree the highlights looked really bad?

The same person did them! She didn’t understand why I didn’t like them and she said that she just did as I asked ‘full head of highlights’ and that it was probably just because I wasn’t used to them 😂

I used to get highlights for the guts of 15 years. Had them all - the good the bad the ugly. and sorry OP this is a terrible job. They should have blended with more than one block colour and used a toner. Not to mention they haven't even done your roots. I'd go back.
