What does it smell like? I’m not going to use it until Monday but I’d love to know. I’m a huge perfume fan so this is appreciated. Calendar is so much better than my SpaceNK one.

I love the scent and the size, a mini is always so handy to fit into a bag!

This size is usually free ‘gift with purchase’ however the 10ml bottle is for sale on Look Fantastic for £15 so our running total is now £207.

I have to say at this point that I am so happy I chose this advent calendar this year! I usually get the M&S one but the contents looked similar to previous years and didn’t excite me. I’ve been flogging my wick out at work and wanted a proper treat for the end of the year. Thanks to this forum I not only picked the JL calendar, I got the beauty box included and got about £26 refunded when the calendar was discounted. I’ve found some fabulous products that I perhaps wouldn’t usually buy but will definitely buy again.

I'm very happy so far too. A lot of nice treats that I wouldn't have necessarily picked out for myself, but which are lovely during these darker days leading up to Christmas. 🤶

Very pleased with today’s. I knew it was coming and it was one of the products that influenced me to buy the JL calendar. I have used it before and my skin likes it.

@Dailymash - same here. I wasn’t going to get a calendar at all as I have so much stuff. Then I planned to get the M&S one purely as I knew I’d have FOMO. But the beauty box swung the JL for me and then I got the refund too. I knew today’s product was worth £60 too. So it’s good value for me.

I'd completely forgotten about this being in the calendar (forgotten most of the contents tbf!) so lovely surprise and most definitely a wow product.

Today’s is a good deal but I have no need for this one so away it goes. Happy to have a full size product like this in a calendar though!

Do we think you could use this after the Elemis or is it either or? I'm still using a Clinique moisture surge so will finish that first.

There are two things in this drawer, make sure you don’t miss the extra little thing - I nearly did!

I think its for eye massage?

I thought the little thing was for applying the cream! Is it separate then? What’s it called?

What does it look like. ?

It’s a little stick, a ball on one end I guess for massaging in the cream. Is the flat end for something as well?

So this is ok to use with the Elemis but not the serum, is that right?

@TenThousandSpoons - the ESPA serum? I think it would be ok after the serum but some people prefer not to mix Vit c with retinol. The serum is a retinol serum and should be used at night only. I’d tend to use a very simple moisturiser after a retinol product. I quite like the CeraVe moisturiser when I want something really simple. It’s full of ceramides which are really good for soothing and moisturising. And it’s a great price.

I definitely missed the extra thing, I’ll go check. Love today’s offering, great size and product. I reckon it must be what swung me on the calendar in the first place too but I always forget what these things were by the time Dec comes round!

I know I’ll regret asking this as I didn’t get either 🫣 but what are the beauty box and the refund?? Even though I missed out this year I can be prepared for next year 😬

Oh now this definitely looks to be a wow! product. I have a few vit c serums/ creams waiting to be used currently but this is going to skip to the head of the queue. Thanks for the heads-up about the extra thingy, I would have totally missed it. Ironically though I had just bought this the other week (which I can thoroughly recommend for puffy eyes).
