I am lurking rather than posting at the moment as haven’t really been dressed properly in days, lol. PurplecatDog Junior is in the bad books as he grabbed my Baby Yoda socks and chewed them to oblivion. Pic of sock and guilty party included, lol.

Levi’s bootcut jeans from a charity shop for under £2 and shortened for free by the Levi shop (they still have a bit of the bootcut shape Ben though they have been taken up)

Warehouse too also from the same charity shop I think as the jeans above

Hi @NeilHamburger the jeans are from last winter and frustratingly H&M don’t seem to mark the style anywhere on the jeans but if memory serves me correctly and looking at what’s on the website at the moment, the style is called wide & high. Mine have frayed hems which they don’t seem to have anymore, but I think that these are a pretty good match:

Has anyone done any sales shopping yet? I've had a browse online and seen a few bits in Zara, but nothing that's blown me away.

Few Christmas outfits for me. We hosted in our new house this year, which was so lovely. Been fighting off various viruses since Covid in November, though, and the latest is a doozy. Non-stop coughing and nausea have somewhat put paid to too much Christmas merry-making. Felt OK on Christmas Day, though, thanks to paracetamol, so that's something, although been paying for it since. Have lost half a stone in a month thanks to the virus diet, though, so every cloud, I suppose...

Excuse the mess in the pics. Christmas carnage took over from the moment DS opened his stocking on our bed on Christmas morning. The floor isn't filthy, it's the sequins from my Christmas Day dress.

Today (super casual as I was up all night coughing last night, have pulled the muscles in my abdomen with it, everything hurts and I can't be arsed so DS and I have been chilling and building his new Lego sets all day and it's been lovely).

Anyway today has been soooo drizzly and wet, but we have been out for the day to wilko/ B&Q/asda home
We are redecorating ds's room so I have been bending dhs ear about wallpaper and paint colours for most of the day then fish and chippy tea so all in all a very productive day😉

DD 15 had friends over today for a lord of the rings marathon and I seem to have spent most of my time running around after them, first it was tidying before they came, then snacks and more snacks, then tidying after they left.

Ivory midi dress is from American Vintage I think. Cream jumper is relatively new but I can’t remember where from. Pashmina is from Pure and fave boots from Jigsaw. Was going to wear my new DMs but they are killing me just now, lol. Not sure about the ivory and cream together - wanted to give it a go as I like a muted palette of similar, but not the same, shades.

I've fallen off the thread as i was staying with my mum for Christmas and there's no full length mirror. I think the cream and ivory work @Purplecatshopaholic . Lovely ring @Sickoffamilydrama and necklace @Sooverthemill . Wednesday skirt white stuff, cardigan Gap.
