I know I'm not as much of a regular as I used to be (and would like to be if life didn't get in the way!) but thought I'd start the new thread as I know @EllaPaella often ends up needing to do it so thought she might want a break, and I had a spare 5 mins and would hate to lose you all!

Everyone looking great. I’m still struggling a bit with what to wear at the moment. It’s so mild (12.5C at 07:25 according to my car thermometer - that’s practically summer).

I wish you could make the trip too! It's not a holiday - quite tiring at times. But for us, who live in the Wild West of Cornwall it's a wi detail cultural shot in the arm. And we'd do it again, with a different train route. Already plotting in fact. But I would do a better job of packing. I do feel like a scruff!

Aw thanks @Puddinandpie, I have indeed a week or so ago had a cut and colour 😊. I’ve had a couple of years of feeling really stressed about how fine/non-existent my hair was getting at my parting since I’ve hit peri menopause but in the last few months I’ve thrown the full arsenal of potential solutions at it to try and improve things (HRT patches, minoxidil mousse, collagen, iron, vitamin D and biotin supplements plus a multivitamin). For anyone else who’s struggling in this area I’m pleased to report a definite improvement, and things are certainly not getting worse which is a relief! Only downside is I’ve no idea which of these is actually causing the improvement, but I suspect it’s a combination of all or most of that list.

And I love your snaky dress, I definitely need more animal print in my wardrobe!

@Sooverthemill you have inspired me too purchase a cord skirt ( or 2) I had a beautiful cord midi skirt and matching blazer with belt years ago and I lived in it, it was soo comfy to wear, then me and dh rented our first flat and the mould took it🙈
