I know I'm not as much of a regular as I used to be (and would like to be if life didn't get in the way!) but thought I'd start the new thread as I know @EllaPaella often ends up needing to do it so thought she might want a break, and I had a spare 5 mins and would hate to lose you all!

@toucaninjapan that red dress looks gorgeous on you, gosh what a palaver, the amount of shoes my dd lost when she was a baby is unreal and they were always the prettiest ones sods law! Don't get me started on the soft toys🙈
You are amazingly resilient to start allover on your own in a different country, I just moved to a different towns/cities, got married and went no contact with my mum and dad aswell, both were sh#! Just lucky I have my own family now to do the exact opposite of how my parents brought me up! It's funny really because they all make out that being a parent is so hard and difficult and that's why their such crap, selfish people, but it's not! To love and make your children happy is not hard, it comes naturally! It just galls me everytime I think about it!

I'm trying to attempt cleaning today (mainly wrestling with where to put all kids new toys, after I've got off my arse from drinking tea and eating dh's delicious carrot cake)

Nipped into Bicester Village this evening it was still very busy, I can report that the discounts are a mixed bag some like all saints are probably just a cheap in the sales others are better.

Got this jumper which goes against what I said about a fitted V neck the material is lovely and thick but soft, it was in the Max Mara store but a brand I've not heard of called Penny Black it was reduce from close to £200 to £69 which I'm happy about.

I now leave the DDs to clean out their rat 🐀 who is now about 100 in human years but know exactly how you feel @Sooverthemill it takes ages to clean the cage properly, Then set it back up again.

@Sickoffamilydrama penny black is part of max Mara. That jumper is lovely, great colour and textures. Our hamster was an emergency rescue and has been in a temporary bin cage and we finally got the big one sorted and he needed to move in before Xmas according to DD. I love the way she combines her new Jewish culture with the old Christmas!
lots to do today. Just had massive row with DH about how shit our life is. He’s fed up because our eldest two ( technically my stepchildren) are way their mums for Xmas. Like every other year for 26 years. He always gets fed up. Wish he had insight

@EnoBaby I like the Venus one too! And Hokusai's Great Wave one. 🌊 I ditched bras some time ago for the sake of far from stylish or sexy Uniqlo's bra tops which I find more comfortable, and Peach John wasn't of the best quality when I purchased from them around 10 years ago, but these designs are really appealing! I laughed so hard at the design with Japanese demonic gods of wind and thunder. I'd love to do some of the more difficult negotiations at work while wearing this bra underneath my clothes. 😂

Googled the brand and read that it's aimed at teens and twenty-somethings in Asia.

I couldn't help but muse that few girls in that age group over here would have much frame of reference for the depictions on that particular bra collection.

Am I just taking a rather dim view of UK youth culture?!!

I got a tit bipsy last night and order 8 pair's of shoes for stupidly cheap prices, I think I need to become an octopus 🐙 😅
Some were leather and suede and had an extra 20% off of the sale price aswell it's bloody mental! I'm defo keeping these!

I am wearing a black and silver metallic tunic and black jeans - the tunic is from Evans. Cannot remember the jeans. Sporting my Dior Metallic 999 Lipstick but sadly the effect is marred by checking my reflection in a magnified mirror and seeing my dark task and white beard! Just call me Santa!

I have some cream to use when I get home from work but I just know more hairs will sprout tomorrow but i am not working tomorrow so it is ok!

I usually wear leggings and a hoodie on Christmas Day, but this year I am going glam.
