Bra or no bra?

Does yours come off as soon as you get home?
Or are you a die hard bra wearer?

I'm one, my sister is the other.
We have similar sized bosoms so it's definitely down to personal preference, and not size!

Which are you?
(And how do I set up a vote on here? 🤔)

Well I only wear non-wired crop top type things so it's generally more comfy to have on, warmer and less swishing. But I'm not sure that really counts as a bra devotee. I would never ever wear underwire and if I ever wear anything remotely tight it comes off immediately

WingBingo · 30/10/2022 19:15

Straight off!

MissMaple82 · 30/10/2022 19:39

That bastard comes off the second I get through the door!

AnnieSnap · 30/10/2022 19:45

Mine used to feel like the work of the devil and were whipped-off ASAP. When I discovered Wacoal bras, I found this wasn’t necessary any more. They just really suit my shape and I genuinely forget I’m wearing a bra (sadly I didn’t discover this until I was 61 🙄). It will usually be taken off part way through a evening at home, but not for discomfort as such.

RampantIvy · 30/10/2022 19:48

I wear a properly fitting bra that isn't uncomfortable so I don't need to rip it off the minute the front door closes behind me.

It comes off when I get ready for bed and not before.

RampantIvy · 30/10/2022 19:48

I wear Wacoal as well @AnnieSnap. They were a revelation to me.

SocksAndTheCity · 30/10/2022 19:52

I only wear a bra for the gym or when I'm wearing something relatively thin/sheer (or otherwise looks better with one). My bras fit me fine, but I'm more comfortable without a tight band around my chest all day.

oviraptor21 · 30/10/2022 19:53

YANBU.
Small boobs but feel very uncomfortable without them well supported.
Wear a bra all day every day.

oviraptor21 · 30/10/2022 19:54

Oh .....and underwired all the way except for sport.

Orla32 · 30/10/2022 20:01

Off the second I'm home!

Same here

Gorgeous aren’t they? I find the most comfortable are the Halo Lace. I have them in several colours 🙂

Choconut · 30/10/2022 20:10

Very small here so often don't wear one at all. Will never wear a bra again though now I've found bralettes.

FrozenGhost · 30/10/2022 20:47

I'm a bra devotee for sure. I wear an underwire one 24/7 except in the shower.

Annabananna1 · 30/10/2022 20:49

Off off off

Oblomov22 · 30/10/2022 21:00

As soon as I get home.

Daisy62 · 30/10/2022 21:02

More comfortable with it on - breasts feel too heavy and bouncy when it's off.

AlicesAttic · 30/10/2022 21:18

Bra devotee, but I have massive boobs which flip around uncomfortably without one. I LOVE the feeling of taking it off before I go to bed though.

jclm · 30/10/2022 21:37

I only wear a crop top (M&S) but I wear this also at home as it's so comfy

Yayyayitsaholiholiday · 30/10/2022 21:38

Never wear one. I’m around a D cup I think…….

AriettyHomily · 30/10/2022 21:39

My bras aren't uncomfortable, I'm more comfortable in an underused bra that fits well. Don't sleep in them though.

TheOGCCL · 30/10/2022 21:49

Agree with others its way more uncomfortable not to wear a bra

Passmethecrisps · 30/10/2022 21:56

Always on. I sleep in one

echt · 30/10/2022 22:38

Off the moment I get through the door, and only wear one if it's hard to disguise the lack/am at the gym. I am moderate of nork so don't feel the need. I love winter when the layers mean I don't need one at all.

TheHumanExperience · 30/10/2022 23:16

YANBU. As long as your bra size is correct and you've been properly fitted/sized in a lingerie department, you shouldn't need to whip your bra off.

I never wear wired bras always soft. I even wear a sleep bra. The plus side is my boobs are (almost) where they were in my 20s. I'm in my 50s now and they still sit halfway between my elbow and my shoulder, even when the bra comes off. I always think bra off, will make them hang and sag more as I age. My soft bras just keep them a little perky, which makes me not feel so old. lol

Soft bras are very pretty these days and offer comfortable support.
