I wish high waisted jeans would feck off

Why do all trousers and jeans have such high waists? 😭 I really want a pair (or five!) of wide legged jeans, but where are the low rise/mid rise ones all hiding? I'm an apple shape, and hate the feel of anything tight around my middle, lower cut jeans are so much comfier and more flattering! Any fellow apples like to share where you buy jeans and trousers, please?

That’s a good point about size I might try the next size up next time I’m in m&s but I assume they would be hanging off me as the size 10 fit perfectly when standing. I feel like I need pregnancy jeans or something so they can expand and contract as my waist seems to.

Try some that have single sizes instead? I mean I'm buying one inch bigger as mine are sold by waist measurement.

This. You might have to size up. I'm now a size 14 in high waisted jeans. I get stretchy ones from m&s. They do a good range of short/ regular/ long.

Because I have a slim bum and hips, if they fit my waist they fit baggie on the hips / bum. Maybe I should give up on jeans.

I think you just have to try lots of styles and brands. I have a curvy bum and hips and tummy but slimmer natural waist and I find high waisted work on the whole

I want mid rise really. Gap have decent jeans in a variety of rises at the minute. You need to order lots and try on though..
