What is your ghost outfit?

So I've been binge watching 'Ghosts' - the series about a couple who inherit a house filled with ghosts who are all dressed forever in the outfit they died in. It got me thinking that maybe my new motto should be 'Don't wear anything that you wouldn't be happy to be your eternal ghost outfit' 😂I've always been lazy with clothes and thought this might be the motto I've been searching for to give me some motivation!

So I was wondering, if you had to choose today an outfit to be your eternal ghost outfit, what would you pick? (I know this probably changes year to year so just go with what you'd choose today!)

Cashmire loose top in raspberry pink, navy wide legged bottoms and really comfortable trainers, if I am going to be haunting for eternity I want to be really comfortable.

Probably a pinafore mini dress with tights and lace-up boots. At least one brooch and silver bangles.
But if I drop dead at home it would probably be a scruffy pair of shorts, baggy band t-shirt with holes and a pair of flip flops!

The swishy cotton Kaftan I’ve spent most of the summer happily mooching about in. And no pants. Don’t want to risk an afterlife in uncomfy knickers - even if they’re the Bridget Jones variety.

Oh yes, Annie’s cardigan thing was the best!

OK I’m going with:
Annie’s cardigan
Chunky necklace
Black t-shirt
Black leggings
Fluffy slipper boots

Oof. It was comfortable and I felt really good in it, so why wouldn’t I want to wear it forever?

M&S Flexifit are definitely the Eternally Comfy Pants for the Afterlife.

Ooh, mine would be comfort over style so ugh boots, tracksuit bottoms, non wired bra and a baggy t shirt. You have to sleep in it! They do sleep, Fanny kept interrupting their sleep in the first episode by being thrown out of the window!

But if comfort wasn’t totally the issue, I think my eternal outfit would be mom jeans, vest, slouchy cashmere cardigan, trainers. I feel most “me” in that.

I assume you can't feel pain in the afterlife, so I would revert to the high heels I gave up years ago because they hurt my feet.

My favourite hand knitted funky cardigan, white t, Zara jeans and whistles trainers.

Plus makeup & nails done and rings on (things I usually forget) and just back from the hairdressers the only time my hair looks good because I'm too chaotic usually.

My luck I'll die in bed with a ketchup stain down my front and I'll be struck wearing that (a re-run of 2020!)

Oh, I love Ghosts! If I went by the outfit I wear the most, my ghost outfit would be a tight long sleeved black t shirt tucked into Mom jeans and a pair of Gola trainers. If I could choose for dramatic effect, probably my wedding dress 😂 good excuse to wear it again

I love the show Ghosts! They were all wearing what they died in. All i know is, if i could see my death approaching and was only in pants and top i would quickly be reaching for joggers!

Right now I'm in PJ's with a sweatshirt on top. It's pretty comfortable so as long as it's a mild temperature in the afterlife I should be fine.

If I had to dress up then something a bit ageing rock chick would be more my thing, but I need to lose some weight to make it look better. Let's hope couch to 5k isn't too strenuous and I end up spending the afterlife in my scraggy joggers.

As I'd be floating, I'd definitely be wearing the most ridiculous high heels possible. No worries about gravity anymore.

I love Ghosts almost as much as I love my Sweaty Betty Gary yoga pants. So I'd wear those with my favourite Whistles t shirt

I'd go for a tankini and one of my vintage 50s towelling beach robes, in case there's any swimming in the afterlife ... if there isn't any swimming, the beach robes are lovely anyway.

I will 100% be a ghost in pjs and I'm ok with that

I'd be in my favourite purple velvet dress (it's kind of 60s looking) it's short and has flared sleeves, black and white striped socks and pointy Chelsea boots, and far too much jewellery. 😁

I’ve finally found jeans that are comfortable, fit, and look good, so right now I’m saying my blue river island jeans, super soft pale pink hoodie, and a pair of slippers!

My absolute best favourite random TKMaxx jeans, which a now too worn to wear outside.
A chunky jumper - probably the red fair I got for my 50th birthday.
Blundstone boots. Always Blundstones.
