Thought I looked good in the jump suit but not sure about the very open back.

Tea dress - I'm 51. Fine line between this and what your gran would have got from Littlewoods?

Column dress - ok, but cut strangely around the hips

Yes to the jumpsuit and second v-neck t-dress - it's a useful item for your wardrobe. Not sure about the first dress - not as flattering. Do you do weights or body pump?? Would love arms/shoulders like yours!!

The tea dress is lovely and really suits you. The jumpsuit looks a bit crap from the front but you have lovely back and arm muscles, so I'd look for something similar but with a v halter neck

Oooh, how to make a girl feel good, thank you. It's just me and DS13 here and obviously he isn't keen or helpful when it comes to styling his mum.

They are all M&S.

I do a lot of sport - mainly running, but also swim and bike and some weights.

I like the jumpsuit but would like to see what shoes, as think that makes a difference. The jumpsuit looks like it would look better with heels for example.

I don’t like the v neck floral neck, seems a bit fussy and as a result somewhat old ladyish. But again shoes could make or break.

To hard to see the dresses to say either way The jumpsuit looks great but is it too big on your torso? I'd love a jumpsuit but I've the bladder of a toilet training toddler

I think with your figure you could do better, they all look a bit blah tbh. I have a v similar build ie lean and muscular and I stay away from anything frilly or flouncy, mainly go for separates, almost always halter neck, high neck etc tucked into wide legged trousers or shorts or skirts. I wear silky cami tops a lot too after avoiding sleeveless for years (muscles) and actually love the look now. Zara is my go to, sizing is perfect, I'll try to link some stuff
