Sandals to walk in all day

I am going away and need something that looks good as is comfortable. When I say look good my usual style would be something chunky like a doc sandal
I walk around 10-20,000 steps in a day and I'm not finding docs comfortable. The straps start to rub. I have fairly wide feet and ideally need an arch support
I was wondering if fit flop or skechers might fit the bill. Some of the Croc sandals look good too. I have limited funds and it's frustrating when they start out comfortable but can't last the day

I have slim feet so can't buy ones that aren't adjustable

Hotter are good and Josef Seibel imo

I’ve got a pair of Crocs Swiftwater sandals and they are amazing. I have big feet so try to stay away from clumpy shoes that make them look even bigger and these sandals look great while also being incredibly
comfortable. For sandals with no heel strap they are surprisingly versatile - I walked 16,000 steps yesterday around town, on dog walks across fields etc and never had to even think about them. I do have high arches though so that might be why they stick on my feet so well.

I think they may have been replaced with the Kadee but they look pretty much the same.

I've recently become a convert to Heavenly Feet. I have terrible problems with my feet - bursitis, mortons neuroma, metatarsalgia, basically they hurt a lot. I spent all of last summer being miserable and hot in trainers because I couldn't find any sandals that were supportive and that fit comfortably. I bought https://www.heavenlyfeet.co.uk/products/river?_pos=1&_psq=river&_ss=e&_v=1.0 in grey a few weeks back and have since ordered more colours. The contoured footbed supports my stupid feet but is also really cushioned and soft. And I don't think they're too ugly (in fact, they slightly remind me of my mothercare sandals from 1981).

Sorry, link fail - www.heavenlyfeet.co.uk/products/river?_pos=1&_psq=river&_ss=e&_v=1.0

I’ve got two pairs of these. They are so comfy and look really nice on.

@LaCerbiatta Not too big at all, suspect photo angle at fault here. I'd not be able to size down in these.

@WobblyLondoner fair enough! I think I'm in the minority looking at the discussion on birckenstock sizes on the other thread! 😁

Not cheap sorry (though I have found them on other sites reduced), but so comfortable, great arch support, wide toed, and last years, so a good investment…

See I never got on with Birkenstocks. The moulded foot part of the sole never quite matched my actual foot and I blame them for some of the problems I've had with my feet since.
