Help me find these shoes

Just seen the most impossibly stylish woman with the loveliest shoes. If I describe them can you help me find them? Google is not throwing up the right thing. Black patent low block heeled. Chain on front. Rounded square toe. They reminded me of something the queen crossed with a very smart young French lawyer would wear. I can't do heels but I could do these as they were low. Can anyone help?

Have you tried searching for heeled loafers or moccasins? I’m looking now but I think with the change of seasons it’s harder to find something. I’m sure they were everywhere in autumn/winter,

The Bally Dielle are the right heel height but too square and flat at the front. My ones were round and with no square bit sticking up

These are more like it but front is still a bit too square and the heels are a bit too high

This is more the shape but they looked much more classy and expensive, had a gold trim on black patent and were more round and chunky looking

I had several pairs in this style in the early - mid 90s and I loved them!
