Help me find these shoes

Just seen the most impossibly stylish woman with the loveliest shoes. If I describe them can you help me find them? Google is not throwing up the right thing. Black patent low block heeled. Chain on front. Rounded square toe. They reminded me of something the queen crossed with a very smart young French lawyer would wear. I can't do heels but I could do these as they were low. Can anyone help?

No they are definitely not a loafer, they are a low heel block heel court

Could they be these but the pants covered the gap?

No she was in a dress. She looked like nicola walker in the split, her sort of clothes

Too square. They definitely do not have a square bit up on the foot like a loafer they have the line of a court shoe over the toes
