Was in UNIQLO earlier and picked up these. I appreciate they don't look all that on the hanger, but:

• they're a linen-cotton blend
• they are very flattering on
• they have pockets
• the straps are adjustable
• you can wear a bra under them (essential for me)
• the ivory one comes with an underskirt.
• they cost £34.90
• they also come in a rust-y colour which would be lovely on the right skin tone (not mine)

I reckon I'll wear the hell out of these once the warmer weather comes. Can wear them with trainers and a denim jacket on cooler days, too.

Funnily enough I was pondering over the rust one earlier as its a colour which particularly suits me but you don't find many summer clothes in. I was wondering if they were as nice in real like, so thanks OP I'll grab one now, might get a white one too

Orange and dark orange seems to be in fashion right now. Hopefully you'll find more choices this summer to stock up.

I can’t be trusted with white, I’ve got loads of blue so opted for the rust as I have no dresses in that colour. One of the reviews says they are see through but hopefully that won’t be the case. Presume yours are okay Op?

I tried on the ruched version yesterday but wasn't convinced. Made me look quite bulky as the gathers are high up. Also really see through and came with a slip type thing so gave it a miss. Nice material though.

Looks lovely and almost placed an order but there's a lot of polyester there for something that's marketed as a linen blend

They do look nice but I’m a 36DD and Uniqlo dresses with no stretch don’t fit me very well

@Hoppinggreen I’m a 36D and ordered a medium which fits me really well but there’s not much room in the boob area

This style is great for small boobs, but if you are well endowed I doubt the neckline or lack of bust-shaping would look good.

I just looked on the website thought the model looked bulky in it so I would look gigantic

Ladies. How are you washing and ironing linen? I saw loads in the shops at the moment (Zara etc) but I am always out off it because I don’t know how to care for it! I am sat in a linen blend top now which looks like I just pulled it out the laundry basket!

I really like the simplicity of them, especially the navy, but the cut of the skirt looks ever so bulky on the model. For me I think it would be one of those summer dresses I got limited wear out of, i'd find it a personally bit pouffy for casual daywear and not dressy enough for going out(not that I really do)

Would love to see it on a 'real' person to gauge the fit.

I haven't worn it yet, as it's not been quite warm enough for bare shoulders, but when I do I'll post a photo.
