How many mascaras do you own?

Maybe a silly question but I'm wondering how many mascaras you have in your collection. I realised earlier today I might have too many and wondering what is acceptable and what's not? I love Benefit mascaras and have all four minis which is probably ridiculous and two large ones. Also two cheap Essence ones.

One. And when it runs out I buy another 😂

Just 1, you should only use them for 6 months before chucking, I struggle to get through 1 in that time and I wear mascara every day

One. I get the mini benefit roller lash one. I find the full sized ones dry out before I finish them.

Same and I buy the waterproof black one that's on offer in the shop I'm buying from when I do run out.

However, for full transparency, I'm not sure that Style & Beauty is somewhere I should be allowed to post

One. I replace every 2 months or so I have sensitive eyes.

Thanks for mentioning this. One of the ones in my ridiculous collection is a Roller Lash mini and it's useless recently. Reached it's expiry and I'll have to throw it out.

One. L'Oréal Paradise Lash. Best one I've ever used. Run it out then re-buy.

Eyeshadow palettes, that's another matter...

I actually need to get rid of a few older ones.

Plus I only get on with tubing and waterproof ones now. Taking that into consideration about 3.

With the older ones probably 10 or more.

I’ve strayed but it’s pointless, it’s the best.

Actually looking at getting a new one to add volume rather than length.

Not a fan of benefit mascara. Nor maybelline. Some too scratchy. But overwhelmed by the choice! Probably why have so many cheap ones

2, and black brown for everyday and a false lash effect one for nights out.
Although I have just bought a clear one to use daily.

I have a few black or brown, one upstairs and one in the downstairs loo and another in my handbag, maybe 2 in there actually!

I have one that I am using and then a spare unopened one. I change mascara every six weeks to avoid infection. I also change my eyeshadow palette 3 times a year for the same reason, change both sooner if I get an eye infection - one of the hazards of working in a primary school.

I have some make up that’s older than my 18 y/o DS, but mascara gets binned 2-3 months after first opening.

Two, one I’m using the dregs of, the other to replace it when it runs out
