Perfect MAC lipstick

I've got a voucher I want to use on a lipstick. A perfect pinky nude. Mehr is too dark, Velvet Teddy too brown, Please Me too pink. Would prefer matte to a gloss. I'm fair skinned and dirty blonde hair. And in my 40s. Anyone got any recs? Am I searching for something that doesn't exist? I'm going to go in and have a look but aways feel a bit intimated so would be good to go in with some suggestions

Have you looked at Modesty? That's what I use and I love it.

That could be a contender! I wonder if you're allowed to test yet or if it's still only swiping on the back of your hand? That's how I got stitched up with Please Me - looked fine on my hand, not on my lips

Yeah Please Me is definitely very pinky. Modesty is the perfect nude imo. I did love Velvet Teddy but it was just too drying.

Maybe you could swatch it on your hand and then use a finger tip to transfer it to your lips!

"Blankety" is my fave nude, it's all I wear.

If you find one please update us! I used to wear Shanghai spice in their cremesheen and they have discontinued it 😩 everything else Ive tried has been too brown or pink also

I bought Faux. The assistant was lovely, not at all intimidating and we swatched Gemz and Roses, Modesty, Twig and something else I can't remember. Faux is the one. Same colour as Mehr pretty much but lighter shade. I'm v happy 😁

Honeylove is a lovely nude, more on the beige nude side than pink but it really depends on your natural lip colour as to how it looks on.

I have a Liptensity in Medium Rare which is perfect pink, however not sure they still stock them as it’s not their main collection

Reverence is a really nice shade that I've discovered recently, I'd probably describe is as a pinky nude so might be worth having a look?

Brave was the other one I swatched. They're all quite similar but agree if definitely depends on your lip colour as to how they show up

Is it a Mac voucher? My favourite flattering pinky nude is Laura Mercier "Baby Kiss". Moisturing, comfortable and a my lips but better shade.
