Gah, I've missed so much! Had a bit of a wobble and not been dressing up much, but all good now.

Random selection of outfits from the days when I've actually worn proper clothes below. Please excuse the messy room, tidying it has been on my list for the last 2 weeks. 🤦‍♀️

Slippers(!) - Onaie, I don't recommend these. They were an extremely generous gift from a friend and they're very comfy, but they started to tear away from the sole within 3 days of starting to wear them and their customer services were completely obstructive and unhelpful when I contacted them about it.
Trainers - M&S
Necklaces - ASOS and Tatty Devine
Dress - Hush
Boots - Mint Velvet

@Chrispackhamspoodle ah, very jealous! I nearly took the day off yesterday to go to the Hush sale but didn't in the end. Slightly regretting it now. Can I ask how you found out about the Me+Em sale and where/when it is, please, if you don't mind sharing the info? I'd be super keen to go!

Whilst we're on the topic of Me+Em, would anyone like these trousers? They're a recent eBay purchase but they're too long for me and a bit too big. They were cheap so I gambled on a 14 thinking I could just tie the drawstring to make the waistband fit but they're not going to work for me. I paid £21 I think so would just be looking to get that back. I'm going to pop them on eBay later but as Me+Em have been a hot topic on this thread I thought I'd offer them on here first!

WFH today. It actually quite chilly, so I might have to add another layer.

Can I ask your opinions on this quilted jacket and the blue trousers, please? Picked them up in the sale at M&S and now I've got them home I'm not totally sure. I do like them, the trousers aren't the most flattering I own but they were cheap and are comfy for WFH without looking too slobby so if I don't return the jacket then I'll probably keep them as the cost of parking to return them would pretty much swallow any refund anyway. The jacket I do like but trying to decide if I'll wear it enough or should just stick with what I've already got as I do have several jackets (although nothing really similar!)

@toastfiend you seem to be able to pull anything off. I think I tried that jacket on in lemon the other week. For me it just did nothing for me. I’m not sure whether you need a brighter colour. It’s not offensive and it doesn’t look silly it’s just a nice useful piece. I think it would also be good as another layer under a coat that needs a bit more warmth?

I like the trousers! The blue is great. I think I saw the jumper you are wearing in there too?!

I did a fat face order last night for a few tops and my allusive blue and white jumper!

No outfits from me. Have a jumper and joggers today. Haven’t been feeling 💯.

Been doing less scrolling so I’ve missed loads on here this past week but looks like there’s been some good casual outfits. I loved you dungarees ensemble @Sooverthemill.
I’ve also neglected to snap a week’s worth of outfits, many of which I really enjoyed wearing so that’s a shame.
Today’s is less inspiring.

I have nothing worth posting today (more sweatshirts and joggers due to an unwell toddler) but @toastfiend my rule is that you have to love the things you buy and feel great in them! Otherwise you will keep passing them by when selecting outfits for stuff you really love.
I'd probably return - not because of how they look on you but because you don't seem sure! Plenty of beautiful clothes in the world!

@EnoBaby are your Monki trousers recent? They are a real nice smart/causal vibe.

@toastfiend I love the trousers and agree with the others that although the jacket looks like it could be use useful if you won't reach for it then there's little point keeping it.

Im back in my go-to black knitted midi dress from John Lewis today, but I have at least mixed things up with a spotty leg

@Sickoffamilydrama I love your me+em sweatshirts and I'm literally about to buy one. Is that blue one the high rib hem one? It looks more intense blue on you than on the website. It's a luscious colour!

They were given to me by a friend a couple of years ago, @WestrayWife, but they still do a very similar style now, often in a windowpane check.

Yes @Pigtailsandall this I think it's more of an intense blue. Not sure maybe I'd describe it as periwinkle not the blue lavender that it can be, but the more pure blue periwinkle.
