Do coral lipsticks really suit everyone?

If you wear coral lipstick. Which one do you use?
I've just heard they suit everyone. I've never worn a coral lip so looking for suggestions please

Coral would only suit a warm based skin because it’s very orange.

I look shit in coral.

I love coral lipsticks as they work well with my colouring... although I agree with the point about making teeth look yellow.

I'm cool toned. Coral in lipstick and clothes is a no go.

They don't suit me unless I'm tanned. I have pale olive skin which looks a bit grey by February, and I would look dead in coral right now. Ok in summer but I look better in pink.

Similar to others, I'm cool toned and never wear coral lippie.

I'm blonde/ grey and blue-eyed with more yellow toned skin, and it's my favourite colour lipstick to lift me. Only really discovered it about 3/4 years ago. I need a redish coral, not an orange/ pink one.

I like Benefit Double the Lip in Flame Game/ Max Factor with Viramin E in Intensely Coral.

But the best by far is Avon Renew Revival Serum Lipstick in Awakening Coral: it's got great pigment and is so moisturising. At a tenner it's a steal. I don't use Avon at all but my little niece started for some pocket money and felt needed to buy some stuff- this was the huge surprise. You order online these days too.

Doesn't suit me at all I'm afraid. I'm very pale and it makes me look unwell, almost.

Love them. I have a ‘Seeshear’ by Mac in every bag and I also love ‘crosswires’.

Agree re MAC corals.

Crosswires is a pinker coral, see sheer is a little more orange. Vegas Volt is more neon orange for high summer and is my best coral - blonde, hazel (on the khaki end), light & warm toned skin.

It doesn’t suit me....I’m quite olive skinned ( or sallow as my NAn would always say🙄) and I’m old now ( 57) ...I do like a nice coral though...my DD has a coral lippie

I'm neutral cool leaning, very very fair and coral looks terrible on me.

The only thing I can wear which is Coral is Trinny London VeeBee but only in the summer when my freckles are in full bloom! I don't tan in the slightest but the freckles help

I was thinking of getting a coral lipstick after watching Audrey Hepburn look gorgeous in coral in Breakfast at Tiffany's on TV yesterday. I'm cool toned though so I'm not sure I can pull it off. But then lovely Audrey is quite cool toned too isn't she? And she looks gorgeous in coral.

I'm pale cool tone with dark hair and hazel eyes. Coral suits me. It's the only colour I can guarantee people compliment me on

I love coral lippie, especially in the summer. I choose one that is not too orange though, one that leans a bit cooler.
