Baukjen Returns

Anyone have experience of Baukjen returns? I sent an item back 4 weeks ago: two weeks later they acknowledged receipt of the item but still haven't refunded me. It's been a few years since I returned anything to them, and they were fine in the past, but 4 weeks is taking the p**s, especially when the likes of John Lewis/Boden refund within a couple of days.

Totally agree. I bought loads of stuff from Baukjen in last year or so. I try and choose carefully so don't have to return much. I've returned maybe 4 things, and every time it was a total pain. Following advice on here I did contact customer services and gave tracking number, money was then refunded promptly.

On the whole, they are a great company, and I like their ethics, but returns has really put me off.

On a separate note, I am sick of see adverts/influencers wearing gifted Baukjen clothes, that also puts me right off but I know a lot of people follow them. I don't think anyone would want to see me in mine!

It makes me think they just can't be bothered to process the returns until you complain.

Not a return, as I didn't get that far, but their narrow return window, as I think has been mentioned. I bought a new blouse just before Christmas, really too large (their guide, which to be fair is usually accurate) though had been described as true to size. I narrowly missed out on returning, apparently.

I'm not keen on the current offerings, thankfully!

Currently 20 days and waiting since Baukjen sent me an email that they’d received my return.

Clearly some very cheeky cash flow management going on, particularly as they told me one item was in stock then didn’t send it until 3 weeks later.

I ordered something that took a month to arrive (but they took the money when I ordered). I returned the day after it arrived, they confirmed the return 2 weeks later, and then another 2 weeks later I was still waiting. Wrote an email and was refunded that day. It all seemed pretty cheeky.

This thread makes me more suspicious that they did actually received my £200+ worth of returns and chose not to refund. Hope Baukjen is reading this. I agree with all the Influencer clothing, I stopped following a few due to wearing little but gifted Baujken....while they chose not to given good customer service Angry

Seems like they don’t refund unless you kick up a fuss!

They forgot to process mine or refund me, I chased them, they did it straight away. Interesting to see I'm not the only one who's had that experience.
