I miss my Bourjois foundation *sob*

I used the Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum foundation for years and absolutely loved it. I managed to get a couple of extra bottles before Bourjois disappeared from the UK and I've finally got to the end of the last one Sad

Does anyone know of a similar (not Chanel-priced) one I could try? Or anywhere I can still get it here? I've seen a couple of sellers on amazon but at such a cheap price I can't imagine it's the real stuff.

I used to like Healthy Mix, can't remember why I stopped using it.

I know it gets mentioned a lot on here, but it is very good: No7 Hydraluminous. It's got a similar texture and coverage to Healthy mix asI remember it.

There's always some kind of money off voucher floating about for No7 -Last time I bought something from them I fished one of the printed receipts 2with the voucher on out of the little bins by the self service till - there were scores of them that people had dumped!

The Ordinary serum foundation is my back up. Its not the same though 😭

My local Sainsburys is still stocking it so I pick it up whenever I go in there. However, I recently had a No 7 voucher and tried their Hydraluminous foundation. Very impressive and I will be happy to switch to that.

Do watch out on ebay, I just brought a mac powder foundation, should of know better , it was only £10.00 instead of £25. Straight away it didn't look right, when I googled fake mac cosmetics, I could see it was a fake, so emailed the seller and she refunded me Straight away no questions asked.

Thanks everyone. I've ordered one from amazon- the very cheap one wasn't available in my shade so I've gone for one for a tenner. Fingers crossed it's real. And I'll have a look at Hydraluminous as a back up.

@Butterismylife there's probably a joke in there about covering things up 🤷‍♂️😆

Another vote for no 7 hydra luminous. I prefer it to Bourjois. I lived abroad where you could still buy Bourjois, but once I tried the no 7 I never went back.

I didn’t get on with Healthy Mix but many years ago I used to love Happy Light. They discontinued that too.

I'd be happy to take a punt on something unopened. I treat the shelf life from when I open it.

I bought a stack of bourjois lip balm/lipstick before it disappeared. Love it and haven’t found a replacement.
I use hydraluminous no7 foundation, but haven’t got the right shade yet. Also it pils a bit.

You can buy Bourjois on Notino.co.uk. I’ve ordered from them before and delivery was good.

So glad you started this thread! I loved Bourjois healthy mix and just can't find anything similar.

I always used shade 53 did anyone else use this shade and can tell me what shade they use in the No7 one?

It’s my favourite foundation too and nothing I’ve ever tried comes close!
I buy mine from eBay and I’ve had no complaints- seems real and not a fake so I’m happy!
No idea what I will do when I can’t buy it from eBay/Amazon any more

I worked at Boots about 15 years ago and loved Bourjois - the foundations and tiny blush pots were lovely, my housemate had a bronzer of theirs that smelled like chocolate
