I want to find tights that look really opaque. Please could people link me to some decent ones that I could wear with boots and a short dress? M&S quality is crap so willing to explore new brands.

Bonus if they are sucky in and glam looking.

I wear leggings much more comfortable than tights.

Boots usually have a good range and have glossy, opaque sucky in ones.

I just bought some Snag tights and they seem really good so far.

I love Snag tights, have to say. They fit so well and feel nice and soft. I have the 80 denier, which are pretty opaque, but I think they do a 100 denier too.

Heist or Falke are great (but expensive).

Snag tights customer service is great. I picked the wrong fit and they sent me replacements, no charge. I’ll see how I get on with these ones.

The best best tights I ever had were bought when I went to a charity X-factor event when I used to work at ITV 😂 they were dancers tights, new in packets at 50p, and the two pairs I had lasted AGES and never ever fell down. I need to find out who made them because nothing else has ever come close.

Another vote for snag.

Tesco premium range (F&F?) 80 denier. Basically the most expensive tights you can find in Tesco. I’ve got some that have lasted years.

But do tights go with this dress or should I go tightsless? Been on insta doom scrolling through lots of very young, tanned and glam women wearing tiny outfits with holes, or weird straps or very short skirts with nowt but heels or boots. Am I just past it? Or should I bare legs? Or wear tights? Help!
