Thoughts on this dress

I'm looking for a dress to wear to a wedding next month. Very unhappy with my body at the minute since having a baby 3 months ago. I ordered this and it looked much nicer online. Is it very frumpy/grannyish? I think it might be. I am 27 and a size 12 at the minute if it helps. I've spent hours looking but can't find anything I like, I hate online shopping as it is! I don't have a large budget due to mat leave, roughly £30 for a dress. I definitely don't want anything that shows my stomach, I was looking for a wrap midi dress with a tie belt (to help hide my stomach area) but can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Any suggestions would be great!

Looks great. Gold jewellery, bag and shoes would lift the colour and add a touch of glam

I think I'd wear ankle boots with it but I hate heels so that does tend to be my default.

Just to say that you should actually be very happy with your body right now for doing the most amazing job of making another human being!!

Honestly, the dress swamps your figure and has too much going on - long sleeves, belts, full skirt and the colour is dark and drab.
I think you could find better. Your hair is beautiful!

OP you look fabulous, really classy and stylish, the dress is flattering and also cool, and your hair is just to die for frankly. Have a lovely time at the wedding.

I think it looks great! I would swap out the tie belt for a thicker (brown?) leather belt if you have one.

I would go for a classic stilettos pointy toed in either black suede, silver or choose any jewel colour with an embellished or sparkly detail to give a little more oomph

For shoe colour I would do gold or bronze. You could try a tonal shade of green also
