Today it is wet and windy and generally a day for staying indoors and not doing much.

Ordered a coat in the sale from Hush. It's reversible- probably a keeper.

Long dog walk this morning then popped into H&M whilst in town.Bought a sleeveless knit and oversized white cotton shirt for work.

Yes it's reversible, I'll be keeping as it's a good in between seasons coat.

Got a nice charity shop coat yesterday and went out with DSis for her last weekend here before she abandons me for a nicer lifestyle how dare she follow her dreams so listened to live music and I might have had a few drinks 🍸

Thanks so much for the dress opinions! Seems pretty unanimous so it's definitely staying! Will be taking it into town this week to get it altered. I also found a pure cashmere jumper with tags still on in the second hand shop local to my parents for just £29 this weekend and Sweaty Betty leggings for £13, so I'm chuffed with my bargains!

Lunch date with friends. Nothing to do with that Valentines nonsense, lol. Boots are Stuart Weitzman. Comfy and OTK, so warm too. Bonus. Dress from Violet Fish which I think is an Aussie label, from Wolf and Badger. Need to add a few layers for outside though - it’s Baltic here.

Jeezo, just noticed how messy the room is, lol. And one of the Purplecat posse is in the dogs bed. Oh well..

@EllaPaella I have a hush order on the way! Naughty but I love a quilted jacket, I have several shorter ones and have wanted a longer one for sometime, I tried a belted longer Barbour on at the weekend but I needed a 10 and they only had an 8.

On Saturday I picked up some Levi's (501 Ribcage?) for £18.50 from the Levi store, I am unsure of the length as they are just on the ankle but I thought I can try them on a few times at home and return if not! I loved the fit.

@Softpebbles our house is always warm because DD can't wear clothes so we pretty much always have the heating on!

@Softpebbles just seen Levi comment. The jeans I wore Saturday were Levi ribcage straight ankle 27 inches. I love them and I have them now in 5 washes
