Anyone else having really shocking service with them at the minute? They used to be great
I have a parcel that's been on it's way to the courier since the 4th December
And a second parcel showing the same since the 12th December
I would blame Hermes but parcels from cult beauty came from Hermes and no issue Confused

Both Hermes though and Hermes have just lost my TK maxx parcel (TK maxx v quick to refund though!)

I did a huge order in late November and am still waiting for two items. Says "Processing" but never despatches. Annoyingly, I ordered two beauty boxes as stocking fillers for the DDs and I only received one.

I ended up contacting them on WhatsApp and they said I could wait or have a refund.

They offer good discounts, but that's irrelevant if they can't supply.

Same. Split my order for some reason and sent one item with Royal Mail, which was here on time, and the rest with Hermes which shows no sign of ever arriving. I’ve just ordered again because I don’t trust it to appear before Christmas. Annoyingly these missing gifts are ones I had to order because my ASOS order - also shipped with Hermes - didn’t arrive either and when I complained they said most of it was out of stock now! Argh

I had a look at their Instagram comments this evening and they’re absolutely filled with order complaints! Looked at Feel Unique’s for comparison and they have far fewer.

Hermes today have
Delivered the missing parcel, and the new parcel
Delivered another missing parcel
Delivered a parcel to a house that isn't mine Confused

Say my address is 50 Smith street; they've dropped it off at 249 Jones road. Not even slightly similar. Thankfully the slightly confused woman brought it round for me as I wouldn't have had a clue where it was

Pretty sure LF are owned by the hut group, same group that own zavvi which has been nothing but shocking. Ended up having to raise a dispute with PayPal after they refused my refund but also didn't have the goods to send out!
