Anyone else having really shocking service with them at the minute? They used to be great
I have a parcel that's been on it's way to the courier since the 4th December
And a second parcel showing the same since the 12th December
I would blame Hermes but parcels from cult beauty came from Hermes and no issue Confused

Both Hermes though and Hermes have just lost my TK maxx parcel (TK maxx v quick to refund though!)

Yes, same. Ordered a fortnight ago. I suspect they have stuff on their website that they usually get quickly from suppliers...only now they can't.

Yeah, same here. Really bad service, parcels turning up in separate boxes weeks apart. Very unhelpful customer service when lqst time I contacted their customer service I would have said it was one of the best! Trying to avoid ordering from them again tbh

I placed three orders with them a few weeks back and then read about problems with them on here! Luckily my parcels all arrived fine, one was slightly delayed but they automatically gave a discount code to make up for it.

I have had issues with Hermes though. They’ve lost a parcel from a different company that has been stuck ‘in their hub’ since November. They’ve confirmed it’s lost and the company has refunded.

I don't mind delayed but it says dispatched and then they say oh no it's not Angry

Since black Friday they are really struggling to keep up with orders. Something I ordered on BF still hasn't arrived.

My order from 30th November is still ‘processing’! I keep getting the same automated email saying they’re handling it as a matter of urgency. Tried contacting them directly but got another automated message asking for screenshots which doesn’t seem necessary?

I’m pretty sure the item is out of stock and not coming back but why let me buy it in the first place, and why not just cancel the order now!

I've ordered from them twice and had issues both times - the first was something that they realised oh we don't actually have that. And the second was delayed by weeks and weeks. Never again!

Mine was cancelled by them and refunded, no reason. Too late to re order guess they are struggling with orders. Just wish they were more honest.

I think they say items are in stock when they aren't. So they take your money at point of purchase and then leave you waiting...

I waited 3 weeks for them to dispatch a parcel of Christmas gifts recently. Went online to cancel in the end as we'd seen the people they were for by then and had to buy alternative gifts for them. "Mysteriously" when I requested a cancellation a message flashed up to say I couldn't cancel it as it had already been dispatched (even though I'd had no communications to say so otherwise) and about 6hrs later I got an email to say the parcel was on its way to me so they'd obviously ignored the cancellation request and sent it out. No apology or anything and now I've had to pay £3 to return the fucking thing. No acknowledgement of my return as yet so I'm expecting a similar shit show to get my money back.

I contacted them today about an order from Black Friday and apparently the courier returned it to them. First I'd heard of it! So I requested a refund even though I did want the stuff.

I’ve had issues with them if it’s something they don’t stock themselves. A beauty fridge took 3 weeks to arrive after paying for next day delivery! They are usually excellent so I’ll forgive.

Yes. Clowns. Chasing a missing item from order made in November. Received email saying delivery between 6-17 Dec. Hmmm ok. Never showed up. Now after 2 attempts to get a reply they say it could take up to 30 days as it is coming from Kentucky and I cannot even try and check where it is until 6 January 2022. Wtf? Have used them for years. No more.

No problems with LF but have been waiting for The Watch Shop for over 4 weeks, the Calendar Club for 3 and the Museum Collection took 5.
There's been some shocking customer service this year.

I had to wait to 3 weeks for a conditioner and another fairly generic hair product.
I contacted them and their customer service was awful. I asked to cancel it and they refused saying it ‘might’ be in the post. I went all victor Meldrew on them but they still refused a refund.
I eventually got the parcel and then they tried to charge me to send it back (I’d bought the stuff elsewhere by this stage).
I am going to order elsewhere in future. Lookfantastic can do one.
